Customers service is very rude. I got three or four different stories where my Windshield bags were and finally when I got them they did not fit my bike. Now they expect me to pay for the shipping to return it. When I ordered them I ordered them for 2017street glide and they do not fit. I didn't receive them and then they told me when I called them they were on their way. And they still didn't come so I called them again and they told me they're on backorder four to six weeks and then I was going to switch the bag so I called them again and then they tell me just three days later after telling me four to six weeks that they were on their way. Very upset with this company. Do not do business with them

You would expect them to fit. Well, expectations are what they are. The bags came with brackets where you needed to add two additional holes, after attempting to mount the bag with the provided holes, I was unable to do so. I did add to holes to one of the bags but was unable to install. NO RETURN, NO CREDIT.

My dagr is good

Do Not Buy!

Bags are too big but they don't tell you that until you take your first ride and your belt guard gets destroyed. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy.

Fell in love with these bags when I first saw them mounted on my buddy's bike. They looked really good. I went for lamellar bags and maaaaan they look good on my Fatboy. I wanted big bags but not like those stretched baggers. These bags are pretty roomy, they're hard and you can secure your stuff with a key lock on the top too. The hardwaer is pretty heavey duty too. Don't think so i'm gonna change them any time soon. Would definitely recommend them.

I purchased these thinking that they were specifically made for my bike as I didn't want to spend several days messing around with installation. I thought I would screw them into the frame and be done in half hour. It took two days to install these as they came with the wrong hardware so I had to purchase bolts and modify brackets to fit the bike. Buying these you pay extra for the shock cut outs and you loose storage space when in all honest the bags mount so far away from the frame that you don't need the cut outs. I called Viking to share my experiences and express my concerns and found their customer service to be extremely poor. Julio was very rude and didn't even apologize for sending the wrong hardware or acknowledge my issues. How can a company improve their product if they don't care about their customers? Anyway, very disappointing as my bike is my escape and this whole thing makes me feel like I don't even want these bags on my bike. I will never buy anything from Viking again. For this price I expected quality and good customer service.

The folks at viking sure know how to do business. I recently bought a pair of hardbags for my wifes dyna. Gorgeous bags when we initially called in they were nice, formal and informative. They answered all my questions and processed the order for me. I didnt request the relocation kit because i had already done work on my bike to where i did not think i would need it. Come to find out i need it. Called them back and they did not hesitate to get the kit out in the mail for me. Kit showed up two days later. Really great service! Im extremely glad witht the purchase

Like others have stated, once they have your money they are done with you.

I spent a quarter grand on saddle bags. A product that's expected to last years, however, they only lasted 6 months. I installed them following the instructions to a T. Despite doing so, due to poor design and friction, the bolts pulled through the saddle bag material, rendering them useless.

I spent 2 days back and forth with customer service explaining the issue and sending photos and their response was "nothing is wrong with our product, we can send you new installation hardware, that's it." And I haven't heard from them since then. It's been 3 days now of me trying to get back in contact with someone. I've left voicemails, sent several emails, and still no response.

Prior to this poor customer service experience, I was going to chalk it up to a defective product and just wanted an exchange. Now, I'm chalking it up as a poorly ran company that will never get another one of my hard earned dollars again. And I will do my absolute best to ensure they don't receive a dollar from anyone I know either.
