I have bought several products through Viking bags, I am extremely happy with all the products I have purchased. I have bought saddle bags for my Yamaha Bolt, handlebar tool bar, a leather vest, and leather jacket. All of the products are very well made. In my dealings with Viking I have worked with Scott Adam with a couple of my purchase. He went above and beyond in helping me, I had one product I needed to exchange for a different size and he made the process very easy.
Reading other reviews, I am puzzled that their are either super positive or super negative. Maybe I was lucky to talk with the right guy, who helped me out...
Anyway, I like to talk with people so when a friend of mine recommended me Viking Bags, instead of browsing their site I just started a chat with the Customer Service. I was lucky to meet Joseph Lampson - he not only helped with the right choice for my needs but assisted me through the purchase procedure and even helped with the installation.
I give 5/5 because I got what I paid for. The quality is good and the price is adequate. I am very happy with the purchase and the customer service - if anybody is interested in Viking Bags' offer, be sure to talk with Joseph Lampson.
I purchased the overlord saddle bags when I received them they were very nice! I had some questions about hardware to put on a different bike and spome to Leslie and she was very helpful! I would recommend viking bags to anyone!
First off I am beyond greatful for viking bags making such a durable product. I know that Viking Bags doesn't have the greatest reputation for their customer service, but they're working on that as explained by one of their reps. Their product however, are still TOP NOTCH. On January 19th, Riding home from work, i was hit by an distracted driver. At 30mph this was no small feat... Their bags ended up saving my leg from getting flattened by my bike and also saved a considerable damage on my bike as well.The bag absorbed all the damage. Because of that Viking Bags has won me over for life. Thank a lot viking bags!
Had been looking for a Vest for some time and after asking a few questions of Scott, I was able to find the perfect fit. I will be referring my other lady riders to check out Viking Bags and not be afraid to ask Scott for more information.

Good saddlebags, good price and verty sturdy. I ordered the large charger saddlebags because i like the straps. First off, i was very impressed with how the saddlebag straps secure. They don't flap around like any other junk bags I've had.

For Christmas my family got me saddle bags and a sis bar bag. I opened the they look good. However, the clip on the sis bar bag was broken. So I request an exchange which it is being processed. However, the saddled bag are garbage, very flimsy, did not fit correctly on my HD Soft tail heritage, I requested a refund. I got it their policy. It coast me $66.00 for a return never again ( I lost money on this deal). You are taking a chance when you order from this company
Was looking for summer jacket for myself and daughter. Asked Scott what he recommended and went eith his recommendation Im glad I did best looking and coolest jacket by far... Great customer service and gained a custmer for life. Have not stopped recommending Viking and Scott to motorcycle communities. I recently bought some bags for my shadow aero. Upon arrival (3 days time) i was really impressed to see that they offered both the hardmount kit and the throwover. Items which are often extras with other companies. I called up the shop just to run through all the things i got and make sure. The guy on the phone was respectful and knew the bags inside out. He walked me through the installation which tells me their employees also do hands on work rather then just online. The quality of the bags was awesome, really well made, additional metal frame. I really felt as if i underpaid for the quality of items that i got and in the timeframe that i got it in. I will be recommending Viking to any riders i encounter on the road that ask about the bags. Great work guys! Keep it up!
I had received many products from vikin cycle through Kiara Wilson and I have not been happier. My trunk, bags, and jacket have stood up to a lot of abuse. I put a lot of miles on each. It's been over a year now and everything is still in amazing shape! Everything looks super clean still.
Fasting shipping and some of the best customer service i've ever dealth with! I purchased back last november before thanksgiving. I'm only writing the review now because i had an issue and they were able to fully fix and correct it. I'm really appreciative for this great company... although others really have a lot of negative things to say about them, i'm quite happy with the way and speed that they corrected the issue i had. I spoke with nick regarding this. He was able to fix the issue and send a new bag to me provided i sent him pictures of my bike with the bags on! Bags were great, i just noticed a defect after i moutned them and let it get worse. Probably my fault. Very happyy!
I bought a Viking tank pack some years back and had a little bit of problem with it. I spoke with customer service and a very nice young lady named Kiara sent me a new one and followed up with me a month or so later. I needed a bag to commute to work. I carry my laptop and iPad Pro with misc office stuff approximately 15lbs. I called customer service to ask if the laptop size I had would fit the backpack they have. Catherine was really helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions. I ordered the bag and everything fit!
