The website is very clean and very easy to browse. I've ran into no issues while shopping and my order went through fine. They also ship and deliver very fast and require signature confirmation so your item doesn't get lost or stolen. However:
1. You can't return online purchases to the store. You'd have to ship the items back. That's not too bad since the returns are free.
2. Their policy page doesn't explain that returning items to a store isn't possible. I know most people would think "well if it doesn't say it, then it doesn't work", but it's always better to be sure.
3. Their store locator contains outdated stores and numbers. I've tried to call two locations nearby me and both don't exist anymore.
Overall, I felt like they could've explained things better on the website. They provide a sizing chart for all items but then state that the items fit in standard Italian size at the same time. I have no idea how to reference that. I ended up buying a top that's my usual USA size they listed but it was too big. That's why I had to make the return. Unfortunately, I have to mail it back. Make sure you keep the box and original packaging in-case your item doesn't work out. I almost threw out the shipping box thinking I could return it in-store.
Class, your handbags are something unreal. Quality, colors. Everything is always available.

Quality and service are soooooo lame. I really gave back all the products. They dont worth money. Also the seller was super rude and impolite. The product had some holes. I am so angry

I just wanted to say I read the reviews.All of them were unfavorable.I decided to roll the dice and order the sneakers.I was unable to place the order on line.So l called customer service and placed the order.I was given expedited shipping.And the order arrived two days later as promised.I will most certainly order again.Thank You Versace!

I ordered an item. I returned it. They process the refund 3 weeks after it reaches the facility. Then I get refunded the amount of the product. Not the tax I paid. I never experience this from any other company. How do you not look at the amount paid and refund the total amount?
I recently bought LA MEDUSA MEDIUM HANDBAG as a Christmas gift for my mom at the Manhasset, NY ******* Versace location. Firstly, we were not greeted at all by any of the sales rep (and the store was completely empty) until I finally asked to see a few purses. They never once offered us water like all the other stores that I've ever shopped in. YSL, Gucci, and Chanel even offered champagne! And I really believe it's because we're Asians in casual clothing. And when I asked for a bottle of water because we have been browsing for 30 mins now, she said no because of Covid! I was dumbfounded because here we are, touching almost every single bag in the store without sanitizing. When we finally chose to buy the black Medusa handbag for $2,750K (with tax) she just asked for my credit card and then went to the back of the store for 15 mins. Came back out with the bag and the gift receipt. NEVER once did she explained to us the return policy. I even joked that hey my mom might come back tomorrow to return it if she doesn't like it, and all the sales associates laughed. Fast forward, my mom didn't like the style and color. Went to the store a couple days later to get a refund, and they denied us! The sales associate Lutuh even had the audacity to say, "oh that's too bad the previous sales rep didn't tell you about our return policy!" When we inquired why the return policy is completely different online, she said "it's because we're two separate entities" (like what?), and get this, they don't have the equipment to process a refund at the store. How the hell did they charged my credit card the first time, and can't refund it back to my credit card? Lastly, and this is what boils my blood the most, she said they can give me a store credit only to be used for in-store purchase and not online! I have never in my life experience this level of poor customer services, and will never subscribe to this brand again. LV, Gucci have always catered to their customers and offered refunds. This is just absolutely unacceptable.
