The Holo Nebula Case is by far the best case I'd ever had. This case is amazing! It looks so pretty when it is in the sun. The colors that show are a beautiful. Not only is the case beautiful... it is also super durable!

This case is amazing, I love the design and consistency. It's a hard case, so your phone has full protection. Although we are experiencing delays in our orders is understandable because Covid-19 has slowed a lot of thing down.

I have placed an order for the Sunflower MacBook case, Sunflower Daisy AirPods case, and Sunflower Daisy Clear Iphone Case on June 22,2020. I still haven't received my order til today (August 16,2020). I emailed them at least three times in the past 4 weeks and still haven't heard from them. I even asked for a refund or for them to resend me my order and again still no answer. I contacted the USPS to see where my delivery shipment is and contacted my local post office in hopes that my shipment arrived, when I was told it didn't even enter the country. To be fair, I have ordered another Iphone case, phone grips and the privacy protector screen literally a couple days later (June 25-26,2020) which was delivered to my place and I'm happy with them. However, I want to know where my first order is (it cost me in total $82 USD) and nobody is answering. I really liked the design but if I knew their customer service is this horrid I would not have ordered from them.
I got a Galaxy note 8 and wanted to protect it. I usually get cheap cases from Amazon or Ebay and they've always worked great. But every single time my phone has dropped out of my pocket or off of my bed (less than 1 ft off the ground) my phone has gotten a new crack. The back is totally shattered now despite being covered by the case. I'd much rather have gotten a cheap 99cent case because I've never had a shattered phone from those. At least the case looks nice? The holder rings are also uncomfortable and start peeling quickly, the ring just broke off of mine with less than a few months of use. Needless to say I'm going back to popsockets but nothing is going to fix my phone screen...
I returned a case and they claim they never received it. Now I have no refund and no case plus I had to pay extra to ship it back to them. Customer service is absolutely terrible.
I purchased a VC unicorn key ring to be used on my phone case. I was very disappointed when it wouldn't stay stuck... After talking with VC, trying the different methods to adhere it. I contacted them and after send photos. They have agreed to send me a replacement. Which is very very appreciated.

I'm trying to return a phone case. The company provided no return address. Go to their website and try to find a phone number or an address. How hard can it be to provide this vital information? Terrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

I ordered one of the halo cases and I love it! Looks just like the picture and was 100% worth it. I'm always skeptical ordering anything online because in the past I've ordered cases from different sites and was not pleased with the product revived. However this case is great quality. I will definitely be using velvet caviar for future purchases!

It was so hard to cjoose which case I wanted but I ultimately went for the red camo for my iPhone XR and I love it! Shipping was super fast, the case is super sturdy, easy to get on and off and so pretty to look at! I've gotten so many compliments on it
