They asked me to review their product PINK HOLOGRAPHIC GLITTER IPHONE and I gave them a bad review and I noticed it WASN'T posted to their site. So I'd like to post it here: This is a very cute caseI really loved it. I was skeptical of the case not offering much protection for my iPhone but the product info said: "Full Protection: Comes with full 360 degree bumper protection with access to all ports as well as a front raised lip to protect your phone screen. This is false advertising folks. There is absolutely no front raised lip to protect your phone screen. I thought that maybe the case had some special ergonomic design that would somehow protect my phone but alas, my screen was shattered within 12 hours of putting the case on my phone. When I emailed customer service, they said "We recommending using a screen protector with every case for extra protection. So if you buy this product, make sure to use the screen protector since it doesnt make that recommendation on the product description.

I saw the decal from a cousin and immediately wanted it, too. When I received it, it was easy to put it on for the most part. The only thing that was a teeny bit difficult was the back because although the cutout for the logo was in place, the sides did not go around. After completing all decals, I pressed hard to make sure that the decal will stay, especially around the corners. I put the phone down and left it alone for a couple of minutes. Needless to say, after looking at the decals in 2 minutes, the corners were already coming off (lifting off the phone). Again, I applied pressure to the corners, but within a minute or 2, it started to lift again. I know by the time I put this in my bag, back pocket, etc, that the decal will most definitely come off. Dust will eventually get into the decals which will cause it to lift and no longer stick. Their website says that returns are possible, however, only for unused pieces. Seeing as I put all decals to my phone, this is no longer returnable. Besides its spectacular look, another positive is that it provides the phone grip so it doesn't slide through your hands.

I got the Slime Hologram Phone Case for my iPhone 6s Plus and the description states," A hologram slime iPhone Case with trendy geode texturing & pearlized sheen." When I received the case, the hologram part was just a piece of cheap hologram cardstock that was cut out to fit the back of the phone. The actual case itself was a clear textured case. I actually don't mind the clear slime case, but it was falsely advertised and overpriced for a clear case and some cardboard.

I reached out to this company for a case I purchased that I was dissatisfied with. They got back to me the same day and offered me an exchange of any case regardless of the price difference. The new case came very quickly along with a free gift. I have purchased many cases and decals from this seller and have been pleased with the customer service I received as well as the cases. Thank you for being a great vendor I will continue to be a customer.
