This website is very affordable and trustworthy to buy books here. I always recommend my classmates to go to this website because it is very beneficial to buy books, especially having financial crisis in your life.

The only thing it stopped me for giving an extra star for this website is the lack of CD simulation for the courses required. For Telecommunication Networking, this website does have the book at a reasonable minimum price, but they do not have the CD that comes along with it. Overall, I enjoy buying books so far :)

I tried to order a number of college textbooks on Sept 5, but two days after confirming my order it was cancelled. I missed the cancelation email but noticed I was never charged about two weeks later. I figured something had gone wrong and re-ordered the books on Sept 20. One day later that order was also cancelled. Confused, but wondering if a problem with a single book would hold up the entire order instead of just being removed from the order, I ordered 4 books on 4 different orders on Sept 24. All 4 orders were cancelled with the same generic, non-informative message on Sept 27.

All of the books I attempted to order are still showing up in search on their site, so it's baffling to me what is going wrong. If they're not actually in stock, or the (multiple, different) vendors that had them on offer weren't making them available, then why have they been on the site for weeks?

They refunded/wiped out all the charges, so I don't think this is an outright scam, but it's still super frustrating.

Words cannot explain my experience. The price is cheap, but save yourself the stress. If you need a book, you are better off ordering from Amazon or Chegg. I ordered my book on the first day of classes and I still have not received it. I was given an invalid tracking number and customer service was useless in helping solve the issue. They sent me to a form online to fill out and I had to wait for the seller to respond. When I asked for a customer service phone number, she said they did not have it. Why wouldn't you have the number of a person you are doing business with? I eventually received a working tracking number from the seller and when I tracked my book all it says is "in transit." They don't provide a location or delivery date for the package.

As long as you order the books at least two weeks in advance for standard shipping, you will be very happy with your decision. The used and alternate books are in fantastic shape and comparable to new books. I have used this site through my entire masters program and have referred this site to my children, and all military personnel I come in contact with who are in the progress of getting a higher education. Using the ISBN made it easy to find the book and check out was equally simple. Great site.

I had to put my order information over and over again. They have the best prices but checking out was an absolute pain. If not for the amazing low price I would have stopped trying after the 5 try. But it was such a great deal I spent about 20 minutes fighting with it. I was finally able to put my order through and for that I am greatful. Still I'm happy with my order. I highly recommend this seller. Just be ready for a fight with getting your order to go through.

A fraudulent purchase was made on our bank card and I can get no help from Valore Books. All I get is a run around - 3 times I've called and 3 times been told a different story. I am past frustrated. That someone could use our card and charge $476.10 on it and Valore Books not assist us is the worst kind of customer service. I am beyond frustrated. I had never even heard of this company until it showed up on our bank statement. Obviously they do not care about fraud.
