It is a little helpful, but the site had difficulty loading the map. I live in a rural area so I understand the difficulty. I have been here over three years, the names of the owners should have changed by now.

The home doesn't include brick building on this property, and ingrown pool.
The brick building is large enough for exercise room or pool house. The addition of a sunroom from original design, added 200 sq ft to original size.

I used this site because I was interested in purchasing a vacant home and needed information on the property. I was very impressed at all the information I was given in the report. This site is extremely helpful and I'm sure I will continue to use it in the future.

This house was built in 1947. Maybe it was annexed into the city limits in 1955. Love was the first owner, my dad; Naud L Hart was next, then myself with James T Fox are present owners!

The listed owner has been dead for 4-5 years. She passed away in Chino, Ca. The property belonged to Charles and Ethel Pollard, the will specified two daughters would get the property, The will was changed and a sister was not notified by the attorney they had and the sister was not notified the will had been changed until Mr. Pollard passed.

The navigation and directions were easy for a senior citizen! I found out exactly what I wanted to know and I thank you.

I do not have a computer and am using my friend's computer. I have used her name and computer information below.

Though I did not get the official property tax record information, I was able to get the estimated value of the property and the actual owner information. For a very small fee, this was all I needed to start a more detailed search.

Was advised by a realtor that property I owned wasn't in my name as owner as it should be, needed quick effective, accurate ownership information. Rec'd property report, property in my name was determined that a escrow / title company made a mistake... problem resolved, now I can sleep tonight... maybe.

I was looking for Information on a mobile home so this site was not useful. The values it gave me and the local listings in the area were for houses not mobile homes. I think the site should indicate that it is not for use with mobile homes.

It gave me information that I hadn't expected. Good info to have. It was generated pretty fast which is a plus. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for information on any certain property. I like the fact they gave me a map as well.

You are showing the picture across the street from the address and the market value on the house is for the house across the street, not the address listed, which is a 35 year old mobile home. The rest of the information seems to be correct, but not sure since the first items are wrong.

I found the report to not choose surrounding comps of the property that would be more current. I feel I should not have to support the Brunswick County records in this manner. I do not need all of the information included on this report.

It was quite easy to fill out the necessary information. The report was ready and correct very quickly. The fact you didn't have to subscribe to some monthly deal and only paid for your report was quite refreshing. Thank you.

This report contained a high degree of accuracy; it described the house and location with exactness, taxes to the nearest dollar, neighborhood characteristics with some depth, and distances to nearby schools to the nearest hundredth of a mile.

Sometimes this platform is really good and gives you tons of information for like three bucks, and sometimes it gives you the same information you can pull from the MLS for free, or even Zillow if you aren't a Realtor. Overall it can be useful and is cheaper than some of its competitors. But sometimes it's just useless and you literally waste a dollar or two or three so use at your own peril!

I barely had a chance to look at it when the pop up directed my to this review. From what i have seen thus far the report seems to be useful. I would have preferred this after I had a chance to read it.
