This site had information I did not find in the town records. It gave me a perspective on my home I didn't know about. It was really quick finding records. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great report, monthly fee a bit high for my wallet. For now single use is less costly, $30 a month is a far from achievable since I do not have that much of a realty business.

I wanted to know if there were any liens or mortgages on the property and it is a great tool for the price, it will give you an idea about the property.

I am very impressed with how quick you s Realty can provide me with a CMA of the property.

The accuracy is it the ballpark as well, price wise that is.

I didn't realize I accepted the membership and not just the 1-time property report and called to refund that back out (2 days after the mistake), they could offer me 30% discount.

Very quick and had a lot of data. As one would expect no contact information of the seller. That would be beneficial and help tremendously. But it did give a valuable product.

i dont understand how my house is worth $100,000 less then last year. i had it appraised and it was over $300,000????? I even did upgrades and added central air.
