This report would be a lot better if it gives you the information that it states in the beginning of the report before you pay for the basic report. It tends to lead you to believe that you are getting a "Full Report" when in essence you are not!
I guess if you pay the! 9.95 you may get the rest of the report. Nort sure but I certainly wasn't going to do that!

I found out just what I was looking for thanks. But I think public records should be free because some people like myself are not able to get around. But it was worth the price.

I needed to know who owned a property before renting it. I used US Realty Records and, for less than $2, I got a report that answered my questions. Now I can rent with confidence!

Needed a report on a specific property and the price was fair at 1.25 so it was easy to pay that amount.

29.99 a month is too high and I seldom use a service such as yours.

Everything was OK, I just wanted one Basic Report.
Then it was deceptively luring me on a Monthly fees of $ 19.99.
Which I don't need.
Otherwise Got the Information I was Looking for.

Easy, quick with alot of very helpful information. Selling a house not knowing the local market and/or trends can be daunting. This gives you insight without having to trust a realtor you don't know.

This company is billing me month after month for unauthorized charges. Their phone number does not work and I'm going in circles andd wasting my time trying to stop them from stealing. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND DO NOT USE IT.

This gave me a general idea of my property but it is not entirely correct. I have only two full baths and I have a very large Arizona Room which has not been added to the square footage of my house.

Very good service and fast it provided information I needed with accuracy and also supplied a web to ask if there was any help needed which was greatly appreciated

DO NOT use this US REALTY RECORDS CO *******772, UT *******---they ripped me off for $19.95! They wouldn't refund my money! I will never use them again and tell everyone I know they rip off people by hiding their fees!

The information I got today 11-3-2018 was exactly what I needed.
The only thing I would suggest is the report should be sent to my email address as a PDF file or have the option to SAVE AS a PDF file while viewing it on the screen.
Other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this web site.

Found the listing on craigslist met him and payed the app fee, haven't been able to get a hold of him and my friend said it was a scam. But this proves he actually owns the property.

I have been trying to get in contact with the company for about two weeks, the message is that the lines are busy call back, which i did. I am trying to cancel my account and they won't let me.

I am not savvy when it comes to searching the sites and applications currently available to the public, however this particular site is easy for me to operate.

Information not up to date for the current year, incorrect number of rooms, incorrect owners name which changed 3 years ago. What the hell did I pay for?
