The site is set up to make it look like you have you create a password to see the report but it really is an additional service that wants to charge you $19.95 a month. There is no way to back out of it before it places your order!

I'm thinking about buying a place and this showed me everything I needed. I wanted to make sure that what the owners was telling me was true because they didnt show me any paper work. I wanted to know if it was worth what I was going to be paying.

At first I was in the dark, you know what I mean, but when I read the Report, I said you have things pegged. We do not know you people, but you did a good job with the surroundings, are you from around here?

Need to find history of a home we purchased in 2001 all records were lost in a fire. This seemed to be quickest way to get info for tax purposes. Worked out great. Would recomend this service. Saved alot of time & runing around.

It was very easy to obtain. I also like the fact that you did not have a hidden agenda to extract monthly fees. You gave the requester the option to say yes or no to the monthly fees option. Thank you again for your complete report.

I really was going thru different sites to find the value but was not sure as each of the site had different value with a differnce between price from ******* to *******. This site gave me the value as I expected.

All the information I got from my download with Us Realty Records has really help me to move forward in making a close on this building, but I need information on the Commerical Kitchen part of Building too which is downstairs.an the lot too...

They say they credited my account back with my $19.95 but I also see a charge for $19.95 after they gave me the credit and they say I have to contact my bank on this. I consider this a SCAM and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It said I would be charged $1.95 to review the owners name of a property. I was charged $0.95 plus $19.95. I contacted the company. They offered to give me 50% back but refused to give me my whole money back. I plan to dispute the charge to have it reversed. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Looked up one property (our home) and was surprised at the data available and as far as I could tell the data appeared to be accurate. Was able to find how to save the report as a pdf file and then printed the report from the file. Got what I was looking for and for methe whole process was satisfactory.

First time I used this site and I was 100% satisfied. You have to be careful because they lead you into thinking you have to buy a membership to get the data. You don't have to, just keep scrolling until you get to the bottom where all the pertinent data appears AT NO COST.

A bit deceptive. It gives the impression that you will be provided all the necessary information but later it is asking you to pay another 19.95 to get more in depth information. You shouldn't begin your process by trying to mislead a custormer.

I needed to have information for my home for insurance purposes. I was able to get on this site and for. 95cents I was able to find everything and more on your site. It was fast and easy and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you
