I have interacted with both Bryan, my initial contact, and Jennifer following up, subsequently. Within 24 hours I received my first lead and the information provided was thorough enabling good contact preparation. I cannot imagine an organization better represented than by Bryan and Jennifer. Also, the services provided by USHUD.COM are an exceptional value. I am quite impressed, thus far, and I look forward to a productive relationship!
Justin took care of my questions and concerns promptly and made me feel they were important enough to be addressed immediately. Just got signed up Friday. By Monday I've received several calls verifying information and double checking my satisfaction. Response has been timely and the representatives have been helpful. No complaints so far!
I signed up 3 weeks ago and got around 14 leads. 80% give fake phone numbers and none have responded to my emails. I was charged $299 and will make sure to cancel before they take another payment. I am done paying for referrals that don't materialize.
I have been with ushud for about a year and have closed several transactions since joining. The site works great for new agents or for agents that just want more leads. You are not going to convert every lead but if you contact each person quickly you should be successful.
I have tried so many lead sources in the past and most of them are dead end leads. USHUD provides me with the proper information to engage the buyer immediately and figure out what loan program works best for them. Even if they are just looking it's another lead I can pass along to real estate partners. Great lead source!
This is a scam... Pay way too much for nothing! DO NOT use them. They will pull the $ from your cc even if you want to cancel, you are locked in and get nothing for your $. Promised 41% listing from leads they send but all have been fake leads I believe. Nobody answers their phone or contacts you back. I am very frustrated and upset at the service I have been given cause I can't get a call back from US HUD either!
Spoke to Jennifer earlier today, she was very professional and gave me the rundown of what is going to happen next. She also informed me of some other opportunities that I could benefit from which I appreciate. Definitely easy to talk to and the customer service is great.
The customer service so far has been great Sydney and Jennifer both have been very transparent and helpful with the experience. Just haven't gotten any leads yet but that's just because I'm day in. Review could change.

This company is kind and professional upfront but when you try to cancel the services they're nowhere to be found. In fact, they offered to give me a lower priced plan. Their leads are terrible and most people are looking for a place to rent. Low credit scores and low income leads. Do not sign up!
I have been in working with US HUD for quite some time now, and really value my relationship with them. I am consistently getting leads and It's well worth the money you spend! Give them a try, you won't regret it.
I signed up last October. And I got leads right away. A few were not serious leads but for the most part once you do your job and reach out. You will get leads that are worth it. I have 4 clients I am currently working with and they all with a month or so from buying. Thank you for being a good lead source.

Too many nonsense leads coming from this company. Most don't answer, the one I received yesterday says "I'm sorry I already been pre- approved and I have an agent".
The other lead yesterday was just looking, didn't even have a job.
My favorite lead of all was a lady in a nursing home. She used the office number as her contact number.
This company is number 1 in the most bogus leads per month.
I know that you will not get all leads that all of them information is correct or they will be converted. With these leads from Justin they are bogus. 99.99% of the leads I received information was incorrect and the.01 was stated they didn't asked for any information. They are not in front with their deals after you make the purchase that when they are sending you a receipt with all the so call rules. They refuse to give me my refund. BIG SCAMMER AND A THIEF!
I subscribed to the USHUD Cooperative in October 2022 and I love that I receive a text message AND an email with the details that the user has provided. I don't have to worry that a USER (buyer or seller) is also being shared with other agents. Through the years, I've enjoyed receiving leads from USERS wanting housing information for my specific area.
Most of the leads have been for buyers, but some are also sellers who need to sell their homes to purchase.
DISCLAIMER: As with a number of online forms being generated by a user, a few have provided a bogus email and/or phone number. That is to be expected with this process.
Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by the USHUD Cooperative. Their customer service is extremely responsive and timely.

I received a call from Patricia a couple of days ago. She was super nice and answered all my questions. After careful consideration, I decided to sign up on yesterday. In less than 24 hours I've already received 2 leads, and have had a phone call with one of the agents connected to my lead. The onboarding with Jennifer was quick & easy. It's still early, but so far I'm extremely impressed and think they're worth a try!

Most if not all of the leads were garbage. Also, beware of getting the call to sign up for the "platinum program". They say it's free but really rope you in for an additional 3 months on top of your initial contract. I had to fight to cancel the program and had many people listen to the call between myself and USHUD representative and no one heard them say an additional 3 months. We had to replay the call at least 3 times for anyone to hear actually say it. Slimy business. Wish I never signed up.
Don't waste your money on this. The leads are forced. 95% of the ones we contacted either had no interest or said they had to give the information to get access to the sites. Also I was mislead about the additional free items, which extended the contract. Do not use this service.
