I received a littkw over 60 leass from USHud, of which I closed on one snd sm actively working with 2 more. That's definitely given me a ROI. I did a 6 month period, and will definitely do it again

I am a new user of US HUD and my first few leads were so good I spent the rest of my marketing budget on additional territories. Fawn, Jennifer and Brian were all great to work with.
Just don't. This is a clickbait operation that draws in the idly interested online that are seeking free/cheap rentals, agents looking for client properties and 'flippers' looking for free/cheap renovation opportunities.
You'll pay dearly for getting involved in this 'lead generation service' as it is nothing of the sort. The 'buyer' clicks on the website (which uses many different guises as HUDex, USHUD, allHUD etc etc etc) and are immediately required to input contact data to view any search data. That data is then transmitted to the 'lender/agent' for that region and is completely unvetted and often fake as wary surfers know what happens with online 'registrations'. The 'leads' are titled 'buyer contact request' but they are nothing of the sort and will not respond 99% of the time.
You'll be offered 'free' and 'no additional charge' services that are, in fact, chargable to your credit card after you accept the 'trial' period... often for several hundred dollars and hundreds of worthless 'leads' that you'll spend many hours emailing and calling with no response.
I've talked to several RE agents that are referenced in the leads and they all are disappointed in the veracity of the 'leads' and are not going to extend the service past the 'trial period. Caveat Emptor!
This company is not truthful about their lead generation platform. I have called every lead they gave me, some of the number are wrong numbers

Hello fellow Realtors.I was getting a lot of ads on facebook about how Real Estate lead generation companies could grow your customer base and make you more money!...I was tired of sitting idle too long so I started researching and then calling a few companies listed on Google to see what they had to offer...Now being a Real Estate Broker for 30 years I must admit I was a little overwhelmed and hesitant to believe and commit to what any company said or promised because if anything I was used to doing things the old school way...But after a day or two. I called the 3 companies that I narrowed it down to and decided to give USHUD.com a go at it and I'm glad I did.They were the right choice...USHUD.com gave me the most area covered for the money compared to anyone else...But Here's the best part::.I'm getting a high number of workable leads as promised.Just In one month for example. My lender was able to qualify 3 of my leads for financing and I'm out showing them properties.Actually I'm so busy now that I had to find time to write this review and I should have a forth and fifth lead qualified for financing any day...In the process I called for some info and got even luckier. I was assigned to Justin Anthony as my go to guy. He's been great to work with and always responds back to you quickly and can answer any of your questions...But most of all he is a great guy to just have a Real Estate or general conversation with.To sum it all up. I spent $350 in 1 month to make $35,000 to $ 40,000 in the next 3 to 4 months as the properties close...One would say that's a great investment and a Grand slam! So I strongly recommend you to also Give this company a try...USHUD.com
