Great company Great service! Great leads! I was a bit sceptical at first but, after working with them, I have nothing but good things to say, I am converting about 1 out of every 5 to 7 leads.
Customer service is outstanding and helpful. Leads are good leads we actually talk to people. But as with any other lead program nothing is guaranteed and you have to work the leads.
Barry helped me with the onboarding process. I am very happy with the service. Received my first lead within 24 hours. Jennifer called the following day to make sure I understood everything.
Everything has been delivered as promised… There are extra bonus services that you receive once you become a customer that are extremely valuable and helpful… Excellent customer service

Me Leah with US HUD was quick to respond. She did a great job explaining the lead program & provided me with her contact in case I had further questions.
I spoke with Kevin first and was extremely pleased. I then spoke with Jennifer and she was exceptional. Very friendly staff and I am excited to be working with them.
I was promised this and that and NOTHING but bad leads. I contacted them all and they were old leads, working with another agent, already bought and closed on a home, low credit scores! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They call you and say well I will add this and that and do this and send you that and nothing happens. Something should be done against this company! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Meleah was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very nice! She took care of my issue in less than 2 mins. She is a great asset to member services!
Had a positive experience with Justin. He answered my questions and responded to my phone calls and emails. Tried always to better my conversion rate on calls and leads.
When they try to sign you up for the platinum program. RUN!
Its and ADDITIONAL 90 days on top of the time you've already committed to. They very sneakily sucker you into this.
After 4 months not a single lead conversion because of their process.
So the potential lead gets the website pic above asking whats city/state do they want to look in. The lead isn't allowed to search until they fill out the form with their contact information. Once that form is filled out the potential lead is allowed to search for homes. And the form is immediately sent to the agent that signed up for the program and the lead is never to be heard from again.
USHUD is in the business of taking advantage of agents. Usually newer agents that hear HUD and get all excited about the potential leads that come from HUD properties. There are none. They are an IDX site just like the others pulling info from local the local MLS.
In 4 months NOT ONE lead has so much as returned a call and most just put in false contact information.
I saw an ad and filled out an application for more info. I received a call from a sales person that offered a web site and leads for specific area of my choice I decided it was too costly so they offer me a 3 month plan and set up for $857.00 which I agree to but I had to wait 3 to 5 days for the site to be created (I had my own website and asked if my info from my site could also be added to the web page I was told yes) When I received info that the site was ready and I reviewed it I realize it was a webpage with my contact info. I called and requested that I would only take one month instead because it was not what I thought it was... I was then told that there is no refund and I did agree to it... and was given another number to call. When I did call and reach someone they told me the same thing... I told him this was stated in the original call... and that should have been address by the sales person (whom I found out was from a different company they were the one that builds the web page and then send the info to ushud corporate- The lady that called to verify the agreement mention nothing about refund if I changed my mind. All she said was. Do you agree to this) Be ware of this company the agreement states nothing about if refunds and it is very vague... also you do not get this agreement until you agree over the phone to the cost. They will then use the voice confirmation over the phone to stating you agree to it.

From initial contact for information, receiving a very informative call and review of information the decision to join was easy. But the onboarding process was so simple, and thorough. The question is NOT is this a good company, the question is WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG TO JOIN!
