Called in reference to Security issues with my computer. Upon speaking with Technician Wilson, she showed me where I have all kinds of malware and other unnecessary items on my computer. It is beyond my realm of expertise to clear my computer and re-install my security program. She promised that the task would be completed in a certain time frame and she was right on the money. The Tech who called me back to confirm that my computer is now operating correctly was most kind and knowledgeable. My computer is now running faster, easier, clear of unwanted popups and better than it has in such a long time. Many thanks.

There was a slight language barrier, but nothing serious. Tech (Charlie) had a little trouble remembering I had a Mac instead of a PC. He did a great job of cleaning my computer of malware and getting ESET Cyber Security up and running!
