Tech did a great fixing my lap he spend lots of time getting it done.

I am very satisfied with my experience. I was having issues with some viruses on my computer and my antivirus software having been deactivated somehow. The tech Peach Wilson contacted me and was very courteous when I explained my issues and set about to correct them. The fact that it was able to be done remotely was a huge help to me and that I didn't have to spend any time dealing with it.

I HATE on-line communication and would prefer verbal. However, I was completely satisfied with the service, feedback and communication I received on-line. It was prompt, concise and courteous.
