Both positive and negative experience I had but overall GOOD experience. Lost my package after status said delivered And had to contact Usps for the tracking. I had to open a case under Usps and also continuously was in touch with patpat service team.

They were very quick to give response answered every question and took case seriously with utmost care and started redelivery process. But I again requested for refund as it wasn't already too late dealing with all the processes and I dint want to wait further. PATPat team was very kind enough to acknowledge my request and initiate the refund. Totally satisfied customer service and treated website.

I would totally encourage customers to buy here as they are reliable retailers.

I recently put the incorrect address so my order was returned to the facility but Jonalyn reached out and helped me redirect my order. I am so happy because I was really awaiting the items arrival and now I'll have them.

It was great experience to order clothes from pat pat.
There was a issue with our order as few of the items were missing however Romel from their support team escalated the issue further and got us refund for the missing item.

The first time I bought on Patapat I got clothes for my daughter and I have to admit that I was mind blown by the quality along with the great prices. Then I ordered xmas matching pjs for my family and I made a mistake on my order. When I contacted PatPat they were quick to help me solve my issue. To be honest I was a little scared buying from the website at first but after I ordered and received my first package I was extremely impressed by how good the Quality of the clothes was

I have placed three orders so far, still waiting on the third one. It takes about 2-3wks to get them. The first order was all $4 flash items and this order I just placed was also flash deals and I got 3 items each for my two little boys. I appreciate cheap deals on cute boy clothes. The sizing is a bit off. The 12-18mo overalls I got were also able to be worn my by 4yr old, just a bit short. The 18-24mo two piece sets I got also fit better on my 4yr old and swallowed up my 19mo old when we first got them at the beginning of the summer when he was younger. Now they fit better but I feel like the neck hole will be too small before the shirt actually is.

The t-shirt was not perfect (the zipper is too high to pull out my breast for breastfeeding, the shirt is a little too big even if I looked at the size chart) but I had an EXCELLENT service after sell.
