So far the prices are competitive. And the staff on the chat line were professional. I would have liked in house delivery and removal of old appliance. I will use this company again but never for a fridge or something I could not handle to move

Quick, easy. I had question so called the toll free number and got an immediate answer to that question. Great site!
Delivery of my clothes dryer came as promised and in great condition. My personal instructions regarding delivery date were followed by shipping company. Happy experience all the way around!

Good so far

Good so far. Looking forward to receiving my new appliances. Thank you. The refrigerator & microwave came though in great condition.The microwave was loose on top of the range & had crushed the range box damaging the top right control panel & the supports on the range. However, it was not dented, just pieces bent. I spent a couple hrs taking it apart straightening out the sheet metal bent parts without cracking the paint (I have the correct tools), and reassembling it. Now you can't even tell it was damaged & is far better than returning it or having a repair person come. Living on an island, there was more than one carrier so I don't know when it was damaged but I'm not blaming anyone. Accidents do happen no matter how careful one might be. My only suggestion would be to NOT put the microwave on top of a mostly hollow range top box. I am a happy customer & will buy from you again when the time is right. Thank you...

Overall I am very happy. Everything showed up at one time, the delivery driver called 30 minutes before arrival and was very friendly. Items were packaged securely and as a result there was no damage to any of my items.

Prices are amazing, ordering was easy. So far, so good...I'll be curious to see how long it takes to fulfill the order as well as how the delivery goes.

Update: received appliances within 2 weeks of ordering. Delivery was flawless. Driver showed up w/in time range I was given, he was courteous, professional and helpful. Excellent experience start to finish. I have already shared US Appliance's website with several people. Thank you!

My first oven was delivered with a shattered door, but customer service took care of it right away. They picked up the broken one and sent me a new perfect one all in about a week. I can't wait to install it! Great service. The best prices. Highly recommended!

Good prices, see how delivery goes. Shipping company forgot the refrigerator on their dock for a couple of weeks and only found it when I inquired. Also US-appliance only brings to ground level, not to floor that you may actually live on. No big deal on small appliance but a huge pain in the a... if it's a large appliance

Small scrape & dent on center left side,no fault of supplier or shipper,no mark on box so it was dent before boxing.the freezer works fine & its in our garage, the dent is not a problem to us. thank you

Although a positive customer service experience regarding US-Appliance; a terrible experience via the chosen shipper--"Fragile-Pak." Non communicative and not helpful as to their customer service (phone) team.

My first shipment, two days late arrived with only 1/2 pcs.

The 2/2 arrived almost a week later...albeit in good condition.

The actual driver(s) were helpful. It seems however that the FP management that are charged with coordinating their local subcontractors is either flatly lost or plainly inept as to coordinating logistics.

I am extremely pleased with our experience ordering a new microwave from US-Appliance. The website was easy to navigate, we received a price that could not be even remotely matched elsewhere and the customer service was impeccable.
US-Appliance followed us through the shipping process with emails and phone calls. They even sent a follow up email about 2 weeks after delivery allowing us to change our rating. Who else does that?

Real easy just look for a washer, and then buy it here then wait for delivery. Delivery was also super fast it arrived in just 3 maybe 4 days, This is the best way to purchase your major appliances as long as you shop or research and know what brand and model you want then come to us appliance order on line and wait till the idem shows up and yes the washing machine works perfect with zero damage.

Simple ordering process...price beat the competitors. Free shipping is a huge plus.hope I don't need the protection plan but that was reasonably priced as well. We have a new home under construction, we will need more appliances.I will definitely check with US appliance first!

The only thing missing is the country of manufacture. I am hoping fo American made I would have been happier with U.S manufactured. The top burners had a disconnected wire and would not light, a service call did get it fixed four days later.

Best prices hands down. No tax and free delivery...can't beat it. This is the second time ordering from US Appliance and it has been a great experience. Now lets see if delivery is timely and courteous...unlike previous delivery experiences I have had recently.

Quick to order but I wish delivery would be made into the actual house. As an older female, it's difficult to get someone to bring in such large appliances. Also, delivery company you used absolutely refused to allow me to inspect the lines until I signed they were received in good order. This infuriated me because the last time I bought something from US Alliance it came damaged so I wanted to be sure.

My last pair of washer/dryer was ordered in May 2016 from you. Took about 8 weeks to get, but you upgraded me due to late, so I forgave you. :) Ended up I hating that Samsung pair. I'm taking the buyout on the Samsung recall and re-ordering from you again...testimony to you guys that you were nice on the upgrade. Thankfully, I was just replacing a working w/d and could wait 8 weeks. I'm taking a leap and spending TWICE as much money and getting the Speed Queen. If you know of ANY reason these are not good, please give me head's up. My first front loader, so hoping this is a good washer. BTW, the Samsung dryer was much worse than my Kenmore...everything came out wrinkled and I tried every combination. I'd love to have you guys give me a discount since I'm a 'frequent buyer' and have 4 adult children always in need of appliances...
