Damaged product for the price of new - Recently I have bought new appliances from this site and paid full price for them. Then the refrigerator arrived it was in the perfect package and we didn't open it because our house was under construction. In a week we decided to open new refrigerator and were shocked! The back of refrigerator was all damaged (there is a lot of dents and the hole filled by some white glue and there was a tape on top of this hole+smashed plastic wire). I call to Us-appliance but they told me if package was perfect it means the factory had sent damaged product and this is not their fault/I was told to call to warranty department. I bought Frigidaire side-by-side refrigirator for 1300$. I called to warranty department, the local repairman came, check, open the claim and already for almost 3 weeks no any return call and solution for this problem/As a result we cannot use this refrigerator. I recalled to Electrolux warranty(this is our warranty department/As I know they bought Frigidaire)and I was put on hold for like almost an hour and at the end they told me they call later today.The worsest service in my life. Don't buy stuff from Us-Applince.com-it's a big scam!
It is a very easy way to buy once you know your model numbers. I hope it ships fast and that the appliances arrive hone with no issues!
Update: I received all of my appliances in great condition, on time and they are working perfectly.
Will be buying washer and dryer soon!

Not so thrilled to receive 3 out of 3 major appliances DAMAGED- very visibly, I might add. Purchase price was comparable to local purchase, purchased online because need was urgent and all were immediately available. But I would have saved hundreds by going to box store dent and ding isle instead. 3 out of 3 banged up? Seriously there is a problem somewhere.
I have been very pleased with my shopping and ordering experience. I wait to see how it all works out. Hopefully just as pleasant. Our shopping experience was excellent fed ex was a little off on your delivery but US appliance took care of everything and we are the happiest customers in the world!
Bought from you when building our home in 2015. Unfortunately, I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator that after only 4 years of service I have to replace. Ice maker replaced 4 times and failed again, freezer light quit working, one bank of refrigeration compartment lights quit working. Whirlpool did nothing about it. Same for a very pricey Kitchen Aid built-in micro. Lasted less than two years and Whirlpool had already stopped making or providing repair parts. Will never own Whirlpool again.

Prices are very competitive - The delivery company R&L botched the first attempt by only bringing one of three pallets. I had to rent a dolly and hire additional help for the next day. Otherwise very satisfied. I will use US Appliance again.
These prices are unreal and I am so thankful, we will never use anyone else. There was not a scratch or dent on anything. Although it's a lot of trash afterwards who cares they ensure your Product and there carriers are timely and perfect. 20 thousand stars

I have shopped with US Appliance previously. Received white glove delivery on a television purchase in 2007. Great experience, wish I could get the same with this item but understand the install process is a little more complicated. Thanks! Happy Customer.
