So far, my shopping experience has been great. The only suggestion I have is to add a section of what other customers have bought along with the item that they're looking at. In my case additional options may include replacement/additional water filters.

A little confused about extended service plans not being available in CA.
Beverage center received slightly damaged due to having been dropped sometime in its life. Not apparent from the outside. I was able to do a repair so it did not have to be sent back. US Appliance made an allowance for that. Very satisfied. Great prices.
Cant beat 2000 bucks for all your kitchen appliances. Would have been nice to know that they don't help get the appliances inside...my girlfriend was stuck at home with a fridge, oven dishwasher and microwave sitting in the yard. Other than that, pretty easy process
Great pricing. It took four weeks to get my range and over the counter microwave, but that was okay. Talked with customer service twice to check on order and got a live person right away. Would definitely buy from them again!
Best prices and was the same easy process as when I bought my Kenmore refrigerator over 10 years ago. However, this time the products had some damage during shipping. US Appliance was quick to offer a partial refund after seeing the pictures but the products need to be packaged up better. Saran Wrap on the majority of the exterior does nothing for protection.
Easy to navigate website. Beat the next closest competitor by over $300 even after taxes were factored in on their site and NOT on the other. The driver arrived and was helpful, patient, and friendly. Products came in good condition. There may have been a minor issue with the refrigerator, but the freight carrier made it easy to report said potential flaw in order for me to later return the item if that is necessary. Overall, very easy and good business relationship. I would do business with US-Appliance again and would readily recommend their products and services to others.
Easy and I like matching items. Did have some trouble with access to dimensions for appliances. Wanted to be able to search by dimension, not check to see afterwards if item would fit in the space I had.
Ordering and interaction with US-Appliance reps were easy and pleasant. The costs of the brand-name items (range/oven, fridge, and dish washer) were considerably below the market price.
The only concern so far is related to the delivery. We ordered at least 3 weeks before the required date, and the items were shipped almost instantly, but they were delivered 4 days after the required date. With no online updates from the transporting company, we made several calls to follow up. Since we missed the installation cycle with our contractor, we haven't installed them yet and will have to wait for couple of more weeks. I can't comment on the condition of the delivered items yet.
From the experience so far, I will consider buying from here in future, if I have considerable time for planning. Courteous and professional people & a great buy.
While the customer service representatives do really try, it isn't worth it. The first time my appliances arrived completely damaged and broken and I was accosted by the driver for trying to refuse them. The second time I paid the extra money to have them brought inside the house and was yelled at by the delivery guys for asking them to bring them in and told "this isn't what you paid for." They then just left my refrigerator on the porch and refused to bring it in. Eventually they did send people back to move it in but I had to miss 3 days of work dealing with it all.
After 15 calls to Samsung, they gave me this company who called me & insisted warranty expired & not coming, if would have looked at serial number would see was a different appliance! I called best buy, not gonna make make another 15 calls to Samsung!
Delivery Service was terrible. Truck would drive on county road or come within 3 miles of site. Appliance dented when it arrived, but reported after the one day period. US Appliance refused to deal with the issue, saying it is our problem.
Avoid at all costs! They don't stand behind their merchandise or their shipping. Damaged goods? Too bad, you're on your own. The internet is a big place. Keep shopping. Deal with a company that values your business. Stay away!
When it comes to appliances, be sure to stick to a local, big box retailer and always check their return policy carefully. US Appliance has an incredibly strict and ridiculously short time frame to report a damaged or defective item. In this day and age to have a 24 hour reporting policy is absolutely ludicrous. The big box stores (Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.) not only offer better pricing, they have much more customer friendly return policies. In most cases, you can report damage or issues with an item 15-30 days after purchase and still deal with the store vs. the manufacturer. Plus, larger, big box retailers (because of their size and sophistication) are almost always willing to bend their rules and help support and protect you as a customer. If you absolutely have to use an online retailer for your appliance needs, go Amazon! Customer policies are amazing and they will have your back if something goes wrong.
Ordered it (clothes Dryer) because of good price... However after many days still said processing online. I called and was told 10 more days to get it to N. Y. and then they would expedite to me because of the wait... Long story short over a month! To get it to New York Their warehouse. Then to me in GA. You can get stuff from other countries faster than that... So I cancelled the order. I was also told by US Appliance this clothes dryer was on back order in the whole U.S. Called HH Greg ordered it today will be in by ten am friday They had 15 of them in Atlanta. US Appliance lies!
I ordered a refrigerator, and my credit card was charged, on 7/28/15. The website claimed refrigerators would be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I received an e-mail saying the fridge had been shipped, and it would be another 7 to 10 business days before the delivery firm would contact me to arrange delivery. My 2 calls to the company were unsatisfactory. None of the other reputable internet companies I've dealt with charged me until the items were shipped. It's quite likely that I'll have to pay the credit card charge before I even receive the appliance.
If you don't live in some kind of metro area expect your delivery in a tractor/trailer rig with limitations to that size of vehicle getting into and out of your place.
When I asked about a standard size appliance truck they told me it would be a $300 up charge. This information is not part of your shopping experience, they direct you to another page when you find out after the fact.
Next thing-I ordered LG refrigerator and dishwasher. The dishwasher left items dirty or appeared to make some dirtier and the tub appears to be made out of something other than stainless steel. Like a plastic with painted on chrome /stainless. Stainless steel is a metal not a paint.
Continued- US-A told me there is no return once it's installed, I asked them, how would I find out about the bad cleaning unless I installed it.
I also wanted to return it based on the lack of stainless steel tub. They said there was no returns on cosmetic issues.
The worst web purchase I ever made. I ordered a Speed Queen washer from them on October 11,2015. The tracking number they provided led to a shipping website which indicated they could not track my delivery. I had to call US to find out why my washer had not been delivered on time. They said they were sorry but did not elaborate. It finally arrived on November 27,2015. The only positive thing to report is the machine was not damaged in transit and the price was good but not worth the hassle.
I ordered two expensive machines from them--an LG washer and dryer. When the washer came damaged, they did nothing to help me. Their customer service was indignant and their delivery horrible. They claim that I didn't report the damage (which could not be seen from the outside of the box) to them within 24 hours--which I had. Their "Best" was for me to pay to ship it back and restock it. Then they might consider giving me some money back. Insulting in every way.
I was very excited to find what appeared to be a great deal on a set of kitchen appliances. I ordered 1/30/2021 in which 9 received an email stating 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. I called the end of February asking time frames & if I want home would the appliance be left outside? I was informed my appliances would arrive around the end of March, but the fridge was on back order & would be a few weeks later. I called again 4/30 as I still have not heard anything & have not received any products. They now said I should receive them around the end of May & the fridge is still on back order & may be delivered a couple months after. So I have now been without a stove for 3 months. The people I have spoken with qt customer service are friendly. I was informed no appliance place have things available due to covid. I have contacted other places which confirmed they could get items delivered to be within a couple of weeks. Now I don't know if I should cancel my order to purchase elsewhere for more or continue waiting & hope they will not add additional months every month ad it had been so far. I'm very disappointed to the point I'm scared something else will be wrong when/if I get the items.
Answer: Their website states there is a 60 day refund policy. A one day claim policy makes there 60 day refund policy false/deceptive advertising.
