Ripoff

I ordered a refurbished Surface Pro 2 and it will not charge nor will it turn on for more than 4 to 5 minutes. They sent me a piece of junk and now they want me to pay for return shipping.

Poor Customer Service

The only way to contact them is thru email, there is no phone or online chat support, so it will take days to resolve any issues you have.
They will make you pay for return shipping on a purchase, even if it is defective.
I purchased sportswear Items and the quality was very cheap and flimsy.
I won't buy anything from them again and i advise you to do the same.

UPDATE: I was issued a refund today. I contacted the BBB and Until Gone told them that the person handling my complaint was off and that was why they had not responded. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time as in the past they were always very good.

I ordered a ring for my husband and they sent me something completely different from what I ordered and it took almost 3 weeks to get here. I want to return it for a refund but am not

They were "Yugster" I would call customer service and they were always very helpful but now all they have is email service. I also ordered a "pendant chain" that you can not hang a pendant from because it is so thin. Until Gone's customer service is very slow. The first picture is what they sent me, plain metal and no diamonds. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are the item that I ordered.The last picture is what I received as a "pendant chain"

Their "30 day warranty" starts when you place your order! Received phone 12 days after I placed my order, half the warranty was gone when I received it. Upon opening the box and turning on the phone it was obvious that it had a defective battery. It would only hold a charge for 1 hour. Of course they have no telephone to call so everything is by email... 3 days after reporting the defective battery i got a message stating they would send me a NEW battery. 9 days latter I received a used battery. I installed the battery and discovered that the phone would not complete a call about 40% of the time. Sent a message about this problem only to be told SORRY IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY!

To make matters worse, it cost us 30 in freight fees to return. They have a 14 day return policy and since we were waiting for them to get back to us with prepaid labels we had to ship back express.

They practise deceptive. Sales practices. We bought 2 Amazon Fire Cubes which they advertised as new and coming with remotes. They came in boxes marked refurbished. And no remotes were included. We contacted them and they finally admitted the cubes were refurbished. And did not include remotes. They told us to return the items and they would issue credit. We asked them for postage paid return labels and they refused. We wrote then again about the labels and they never responded. They next day we looked up the ad for the cubes and they were marked as refurbished.and noted no remote included. My husband was buying a lot of items from them but not any more.
This is horrible customer service and definetly no way to keep a good customer. Instead of putting out the few dollars for postage they lost a very good customer.

They sold me a set of solar outdoor lights that worked for about 1 week. I contact them 45 days after the purchase and they said that it was out of warranty. I promised them that I would blog about the crap that they sell. Buyer beware!

WORST EXPERIENCES.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
After they take your money they do not stand by their products.
I purchased a monitor and it arrived broken and cracked. I contacted them numerous times (over 10 emails has been sent), after one week they sent me an email and denied refund and RMA citing that "we sent you the product you purchased." Totally preposterous.
I will be suing them in small claims court.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Terrible customer service, bad products, worst experience.

Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/11/18. After numerous status requests they tell me on 12/26/18 that they aren't sending it. Don't bother with this site unless you don't need what you expect. They charged my card the same day and now are promising a refund. We will see...

Sent the wrong item
December 21, 2018

After receiving the wrong item, I contacted their support. After sending several emails and finally heard back from them. They suggestion for me to go to the Post Office, pack it all up and send it back to them. The seems ridiculous, why should I, the customer jump through all these hoops when they sent me the wrong item? After sending more emails to them, I never heard back. That doesn't seem very professional to me. So I deleted my account and unsubscribe from all their junk emails they send me every 10 minutes. In my photos I included what I ordered and then what I received, the two are not even close.

Two chances and both were disappointing, at best.

The first was a regular order that took nearly one and a half months to arrive. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. I will give them credit for semi-regular updates on the order status, but that much time to ship anything is ridiculous.

The second order arrived tonight. I ordered three "junk boxes" as christmas gifts to my children, thinking it could be fun to wrap them up and let them choose their gift, when even I don't know what is in it. When the package arrived, it was not three separate boxes, but all of the stuff that would have been in one box, tripled, then stuffed into one box. And the kicker? I spent $30 for each of them and I am confident I could find everything in that one box for less than $20 at a flea market, considering that is the quality of items sent. So, $90 plus shipping for a box full of useless crap.

I understand that I take these chances when ordering random things, but even if I have no use for an item, I would at least expect some kind of minimal value from the things that arrive, in which there is none here.

I urge everyone not to spend their money here.

I've lost track of how many orders I've made here. I usually buy small items that are difficult to find elsewhere and when they are elsewhere, they're usually a much better deal on UntilGone.

I like their daily ads which are short enough to browse through quickly without missing anything. On top of that, you earn cash discounts on already low prices.

I've had good results working with their customer service a couple of times too.

What's not to like.?

Waiting for Godot

I have been waiting and waiting but no package no more email messages no response to my messages. Like the waiting for Godot play by Samuel Beckett I am now aware the package may never arrive Hate to bash a company especially if they are having growing pains but 3 weeks is long enough. Advice stay away

Great stuff, great fun

We look forward to "Until Gone" emails day. We Buy a lot of stuff from them. Great for (Odd) gifts and due do-dads. Lots of useful stuff too. Very easy to deal with and Responsive customer service.

I must admit, the deals are great and I've given this company 2 chances and they have disappointed both times. The first time, I messaged them via their "customer service" email, requesting info on my shipment and I didn't get a response until after I had received my package, 3 weeks late. Then, 2nd time I wanted to return a purchase I made, before the 30 days was over and their customer service was useless. It took me filing a complaint with the BBB, for them to respond and get me my return label. One week later and I have yet to hear back from them about my refund and I have yet to receive my refund via my CC. As good as their deals are, I will NEVER buy anything from them, due to their inadequate and horrible customer service.

It's a lot different now that the prices are more in line with brick and mortar stores, and the shipping options have improved because of this. I miss the yard sale feel of some of it, but it's a fun quality shop.

Every order that has been received has been quality products all the way!
I have only taken extra insurance out on 1 item but have never had to use it anyway so not sure how the whole replacement insurance works.
