I order frequently from Until Gone. Mostly headphones because my kids are rough with them and I can get good quality cheap. I decided to get a mystery junk box this last order. It seemed like a either picnic theme or a dorm room starter kit. It had a folding camp chair, condiments station, coffee mug, reusable jello shot cups, and a car cell phone holder. Dollar wise i would say it was a good value but I had no need for any of it (hence the name junk box)

Beware of these junk boxes... paid 30 bucks for 4 bucks worth of crap and thought even if i don't get a return investment it would be fun... not fun at all with the four 2 buck items in my box smaller than a shoebox but the ad leaves you hopeful with 2 tablets and a drone and headphones and whatever else sticking out of THEIR junkbox... Yeah Yeah I read all disclaimers... still a farce and yes I admit I was suckered with THEIR junk box picture

This site has a great selection of products at reduced prices. I have almost always been happy with my purchases and have been ordering from them for several years. My last purchase was a real leather cross body purse that retails for $65 and I paid less than $20. If you do have a problem, they are most helpful. I received a set of glass storage containers a while back and two of them were broken. They replace them with a complete new set immediately.

You can only tell what a person or a company is worth, not when all goes well. When all goes well everyosne is satisfied. It's when something goes wrong, when there is a failure, when you are disatisfied do you really find out what the company did business with is worth and why you did business with them. I had that failure, dissatified experience with Until gone and without hesitation or asking me what I wanted, they just did it themselves and made it right. The way I suspect that they would want to have it made right. You can't get any better response or service form someone when they try to make things right without making you work at having it happen. Though I wasn't thrilled with the product I initially received I would without hesitation do business with them again

I ordered curtains based on their description stating each panel was 54 inches each. In fact they were 37 inch panels. I contacted them for a return and I got the run around. I needed pictures of package label and picture of contents. Well damn they sent me the item why do they need pictures? Did all that then was told to send pictures in 2 other formats. What the heck? I don't know how to do that I replied. No response from them since. STAY AW

I purchased two small bluetooth shower speakers- [2-Pack] Liger Water-Resistant Bluetooth Shower Speaker- back in late January. One was dead on arrival but the other worked fine. They shipped another one and I thought all was good. As of 4/24/19 none of the speakers will hold a charge. They finally stopped working. I once again wrote their customer service department and told them about the remaining defective speakers. Their response is below:

"I am sorry to hear that you have an issue with the item you purchased from us. I know this is not the quality of service you deserve and I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

As I have reviewed the purchase, this was under our 30-day warranty. Looking into this case, I regret to inform you that the warranty associated with this product has expired. Thus, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

I am sorry if this isn't the response that we both wish to resolve your concern and thank you for understanding. Please let me know if you have any questions."

Now I understand that one of the $12/pair speakers may crap out but all three? With the same issues? Can I be the only unlucky customer that had defective speakers-probably not. When I read "this is not the quality of service you deserve..." we won't do a thing to help, I was just about speechless. They sold a lousy product with a 30 day warranty. They should have advertised DISPOSABLE SPEAKERS because that is what they sold me and that's what I'm stuck with. We should not be subjected to this kind of poor product or service.
There are so many good companies that value their customers and would bend over backwards to make things right. This is not one of them. I would stay away from UNTILGONE.COM and purchase from a more reputable company that stand behind their products and look after their customers.

Bought a refurbished laptop from here. While it turns on and operates, the first time using it taught me that the operating system isn't compatible with updates, so it's not exactly the safest laptop to use for anything related to money. When learning this and asking for a refund, they would only do so with a restocking fee and shipping on my dime. Any other store that sells something not up to expectations remedies it - these guys tell their customers to kick rocks and accuse them of fraud.

Can't stress enough, no matter how good the deal appears in your Inbox, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The laptop no longer turns on. Paid $100 or whatever to use a laptop for 5 months. Killer deal, bro.

EVERY since I got my first order I was like O-boy just what I wanted and more. And every since, I keep on buying more and more from this site called UNTILGONE.com So here are some pictures of things that I got from them, most of the things I got was for my Dog SANDY, the LOVE of my life. YES, she is my baby and more! But there are other things i got from them also that I like, And there were always on time with my orders, and if some thing was wrong with my order I could send it back and get my money or something else if I like! And that is why I LOVE this site, because they say what they that can do or not do and keep there WORD...
