Poor customer service
August 10, 2020

We have paid for 8 nights accommodation and have only been credited with 4 nights. When I contacted Unsold I was asked to provide proof of payment from our credit card which i did immediately. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no response or adjustment to our credit card.

Unsold.com attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
