I placed several orders duringThanksgiving weekend. A couple of the orders have shipped (shipping is super slow-items are taking nearly two full weeks to arrive!), but two orders have not even shipped yet! I know that they don't fulfill orders in the order received because the order that shipped was placed several days earlier than the one that has not. Yesterday I received an email telling me I was being refunded for one of the Black Friday deals since it is out of stock. The dress in question was up on their site for purchase for 2 days AFTER I placed the order. I asked the customer service rep when my delayed orders will be shipped and she said she has no idea. Customer service is very rude! I asked to speak with a supervisor and the rep ignored my request. They gave me a 30% off discount code for my troubles which is a total joke! I'll no longer be doing business with this company!
This store has so lovely dresses that I found the perfect dress for my sister's wedding. But unfortunately I had issue with the delivery and the package never arrived. I contacted the customer service and Vanessa helped me, she was so nice she solved the issue and made sure I received my dress on time for the wedding! I've just ordered my next perfect dress!
Due to a computer error, my dresses I ordered for my trip were sent to the physical store for pickup. I mentioned that I was worried that they would arrive after I left, and Jennifer handled it immediately and handled the issue in a calm, quick manner! I cannot thank her enough
I ordered 2 dresses paid for overnite service I got 1 dress 5 days after due date, ordered 0419-18 to date still have not received the second dress was told on back order it would be 30 days, so I waited called today and was told another 30days by Veronica, taking a trip very soon needed the dress for that but it looks like they take you money to pay their rent instead. We will see what the bbb says. Just awful service, and bad one liners I can credit your account if you cant wait the nerve.

I ordered a swimsuit for vacation, and purchased 3 day shipping to ensure I'd have it on time. When suit arried it had large area along side seam that didn't get sewn. So big hole! I emailed customer service, very u happy. And they quickly threw out ideas of how to make it right. They wound up overnighting swimsuit to the resort we are staying at. Prompt correspondence, amazing customer service, love the product! Thank you
Terrible customer service! They hide their return policy under several layers of pages, and then claim it was visible. It's also not the same policy on their shipping labels or invoices that they claim to have posted on the site.
Very misleading. There's no way a $50 fee for returning an unworn dress, within 5 days is acceptable. Steer clear and shop at Nordstroms for the same designers at cheaper prices with far better customer service.
Several things to point out
- You are charged much much more in international tax and delivery than they claim on their website.
- The website is so glitchy that I accidentally ordered two versions of the same thing. I didn't get a confirmation email for my first order so I assumed it hadn't worked again. Because the website was so slow it took me an hour of constant clicking and refreshing to make it work [I have a good connection and ordering from all other sites is easy].
I ordered my wedding dress but there was a problem with the shipping and I didn't receive it. After contacting the customer service, they called the company back, and we could finally find where my dress was. Great job.
This was my second big order and unfortunately USPS lost my package. I contacted their customer service immediately and they took care of dealing with USPS that dat. They also resent my order with no issues. Many of the pieces I purchased were seasonal so I was pretty bummed when I thought they wouldn't get here till after the holiday. But due to their quick work I've been able to enjoy my new looks in plenty of time. They were quick, easy, professional and had great attitudes about the whole thing. I feel even more confident purchasing from here and feel good about who I'm supporting! 10/10 customer service experience.

For starters I'm a plus sized person, and they have a lot of cute plus sized clothes. But the quality is horrible, I bought two things from this store. The first item was a dress, it has enough fabric, the item doesn't run small, but it hurts. It pinches and pokes, I know beauty is pain, but its ridiculous. The second item was a jumper, cute. But I put it on, and a button fell off. It was loose too! It's not like I was struggling to button it or it was too tight, nah. Gravity just took it and it fell right onto the floor. Also on both of the items I don't think they've ever seen a person with breasts before. I was able to fix them and make them cute, but if you want to buy from this place, but make sure you know how to sew.
The customer service at UV is amazing! UV and I were emailing back and forth about a package I had not yet received. It was not their fault that it didn't arrive. It was FedEx's fault for not properly tracking the package. After a month of contacting FedEx on UV's end and on my end, UV got back with me and said they'd just ship the same item back out but with the proper information. They were so polite and very understanding and always kept me updated on what they were doing on their part to try and fix the situation. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They're patient, kind, and understanding!

Okay so here's the thing - their sizing can indeed be a little off, but the plus size ones always are for me anyway. But the customer service is excellent. I placed my first order with them last week and got it in two days, only to find out I didn't fit the size of one of the items. When I started the make a return, they give you INSTANT refund on the website if you just want to swap it out for something else! Which I did, and received the replacement again in 2 days. Phenomenal.
What happened this morning was I meant to order $112 worth of clothing in monthly payments. I accidentally paid for the whole thing and immediately started to panic. I got on instant chat with Maura Cardona and she INSTANTLY canceled it and explained how could immediately replace the order with the monthly payments. It was so fast and easy that I probably didn't spend more than 5 minutes stressing. And at 845 in the morning? That was awesome.

I recently made my first UV purchase last week. I am getting ready for a beach vacation in two days. I purchased what I thought was two full set bathing suits, per the advertisement picture, but it turns out it was just bottoms. To my disappointment my purchase only included two bottoms and no tops. On the items I did receive only one had the original tags and the one that I would have returned did not have any tags to indicate that it was a new item and therefore makes the item unreturnable per their policy. I am very disappointed.
I wanted to return a dress that was stitched poorly (fabric bunched near the zipper which created a hump on my back when wearing the dress) but was told I couldn't return it because it didn't fall within their return policies. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I was told that my body is the reason the dress doesn't fit right. Blaming the customer is the fastest way to lose one.
When my girlfriend and I first meet, we went shopping and found this jumper she just loved. Fast forward one year and I finally found it at unique vintage. Fast shipping and less than I was expecting. A++
This is my favorite store! I lived in LA for years and discovered this gem there, and when I moved to NYC, I continued shopping online. I love every piece I've ever gotten, all with a classy, vintage flair. The pieces truly are unique and very well-made, they do fun collaborations to produce items that have themes like Disney or Coca-Cola for example, and every time I wear one someone asks where I got it from! I also recently had to re-route an item and Maura from their customer service genuinely went above and beyond to help me get the items when they got stuck by no fault of the company's. When I was in LA and shopped at the store in person, their staff seriously makes you feel like a princess and I always left in a great mood with a great purchase. HIGHLY recommend this amazing store for its quality, beautiful items, and for the incredible customer service in-person and thousands of miles away!

I saved this site because I REALLY like their jewelry. What an awesome assortment of different style jewelry they have! Answer: I went off their sizing chart and everything fit perfect. Some dresses has different sizing measurements so not all XL are the same. I am guessing it is because of the material. One of the dresses I bought was 2 sizes smaller than I usually buy and it fit perfectly
