The wig is made well, I thought I ordered the highest density that I could, however it was not as full as I would like it. Overall I was pleased and will order again
I placed my order on January 3rd, It's now Jan 19th and I have not received my order. I ordered a 24 inch wig, 150 density and this company has been lying to me about when I will receive my order. At first they said that they are making the wig and it will be delayed for 2-4 days. I waited the 2-4 days then they asked for an extra week to complete the wig and I said no. Then they asked if they can send me a 22 inch with 180 density and I agreed, they said they would update the order and ship it out within 24 hours. Well it's 24 hours later, still no tracking number yet they emailed me begging for a good review. This is my truthful review. Do not order from this company unless you want to wait almost a month for a wig that they're advertising to be in stock that you will never see. At this point this company is stealing and they're comfortable with their disgusting behavior. I will be opening up a charge back with my bank.

Through my PayPal account but that wasn't working. And the product itself had split or singed off hair, 2 weeks later massive shedding but that has been the case with every week I've had the shedding has always been a problem so if you had 150% density it's at 80% density after 2 weeks

This is my first time ordering good quality hair and now I'm hooked I love it, very soft and silky. However I was a little disappointed to find that the hair was not as full and I could not just put it on and go as advertised. I purchased a glueless, pre everything with a drawstring, I had to use glue and foundation. I am definitely going to order again because I just love the feel of this hair. Also I received my order earlier than expected and there was a free gift included.
I think customer service was good. They didn't have what I actually wanted but offered something similar. Unfortunately it doesn't fit and I'm so green I didn't know what to do with the band. I'm used to that already being on the wig.

It didn't look much like the models, and the bangs don't have much hair, and it is shedding. The wig cap is small for my head.
