The check out was difficult bc they button to hit "pay" was not present. I had to click another button to get to the window to pay. Took me 10 mins to figure how to check out
On my phone i could not add my shipping information so i had to place my order on the computer
I was genuinely disappointed after paying for the express shipping and it wasn't processed according to shipping polices. The wig came after I left the city and had to stop at Unice store in Inglewood to buy a wig because I couldn't spend Valentine Day weekend alone. Sorry this comment won't make the size of clientele change but I pray it changes the way shipping practices of the county.

I love love love the quality of UNice wigs. I wore my new unit yesterday and received so many compliments.
The website was glitching but I was able to get through my purchase.
I ordered hair and made sure to contact you straight away. It has been 6 days and costumer service is completely ignoring me. No update on my order and no shipping confirmation the hair is still "processing"

I am so sad and thought I would get this hair this week :(( ((( this service is so deeply dissapointing and when they do answer they send one reply and then disappear again! Do not order this is the worst experience i have ever had with a hair company! Also their live chat is fake and does not work. No one is working there they just give ju fake hope but no one is replying.
