Collaborations add flavor

Got the Tschabalala Self collaboration recently and the ugg x feng chen wang sandal the last year. I will say that Decker needs to up its manufacturing game or quality control. My Self boots were fine as where the tabouret collaboration boots, but the wang sandal booties where twisted on their base and had to be exchanged. I would want more details about the products and video of them in use. Lately client videos and pictures are not loading to the site so review do not have that level of input due to site failures. The free shipping is the best and the way the collaboration boxes are archive quality.

They're selling fake Abercrombie, Ralph Lauren and Lacoste shirts. Logos and buttons literally fall off the shirts. Total garbage! When you try to return the items or ask for your money back, they try to tell you CANNOT return them due to Chinese law... even though they have this bogus "30 days return" crap posted on their site. The sales reps are rude and incompetent and lie to you about authenticity.

I placed a recent order and in my shopping cart I placed a care kit. I didn't realize when I checked out that it was no longer in my cart. I ordered an extra item just so I would get it. Then I was provided with a coupon code because I am a healthcare worker. After putting this code in it must have removed the care kit. Nothing alerted me to this. I received my order today and immediately contacted customer service via chat. They would do nothing to rectify the situation. A company like UGG has a terrible customer service? They can't even send out a few dollar care kit? I will never order from them again and this is what I told the person who assisted me on the chat. They should have a little autonomy to make customers happy. So for a few dollars they will never get another order.

I am disabled but that didn't stop Ugg from stealing my Disability check. They charged $377.76 on my debit card for merchandise I never ordered. I immediately returned it and have a tracking number. I tried calling them but they are mean to disabled people and just hang up. It's been weeks since they stole my money. I wish they would please return it.

This website is a total con. Please don't buy, and don't pay by paypal as they will not credit you back! Havent even received my boots. They just take your money and run, then change there website to another one, so they con people all the time, they must be making thousands ripping people off. Basxxxx.

These are honestly the coziest shoes I've ever had in my life! I like that they constantly have new interesting designs that are comfortable and chic at the same time. I have two pairs of winter UGGs and one for summer, I love them very much!

Disgusting company

I would give No star. Absolutely out of order! NO customer service at all! They are simply ignoring requests, not bothered to deliver in time! If I knew I will have to beg for my order, I would NEVER EVER place an order with UGGs. Never again. They don't care at all about customers.

I have not received my boots I ordered as of yet. I ordered them a month ago, was told once I submitted payment the item was on back order, okay fine, but now a month later and I still don't have my order. I called customer service and they don't have any updates. The warehouse has not did anything with my order in a WHOLE MONTH… This is truly unacceptable… I have never in life had to wait this long on a back order. You received your money so send me my order…. This is very bad service

Worst customer service. No help at all. My order was on backorder for 4 months and when I called to check on it they said it would be an extra month on Backorder then the next day when i checked on it the order was cancelled. No reason was given. Then the said I have to start from the beginning. F*CK this useless company!

December 2020 I persuaded my husband it was a great idea to spend $400 on two pairs of UGGs.

He said spending so much on fuzzy boots seemed insane.

But I reassured him... "I've been buying UGGs for 25-years, they will last a decade or more, and the customer service is amazing!"

Not any more – UGG is not the same company. The product quality is terrible. So is their customer service.

2.5 years later a large hole has appeared in my boots. The suede upper and sole have come apart.

Look closely at the photos, it's obviously a manufacturing defect. We live in Coastal Southern CA, so I have barely worn the boots except inside the house during the winter, as is obvious from the sole. They should not fall apart like this.

Here is how UGG treats loyal customers now: –

1) You get a ONE YEAR warranty. If what they describe as a "manufacturing defect" appears AFTER one year, you are screwed. Even though it's obviously a defect. UGG simply does not care, because the defect appeared after one year.

2) UGG has a repair program where you can pay EIGHTY BUCKS to have them repaired! I asked for this repair service free as a courtesy to a long-time customer. UGG supervisor refused me, and ignored email requests to escalate the matter further.

Too many UGG reviews report the same issue – poorly made product, which UGG refuses to stand behind past their one-year warranty.

Bottom line – don't buy UGGs.

This is not a company that cares about keeping a 25-year customer.

They didn't care about me, and WHEN (not if) your very expensive boots fall apart, they won't care about you either, even if it's their fault.

Poor service

I ordered a pair of Neumel Platform Chelsea and got an email of delivery but it was not delivered. I checked and saw it was delivered to another address although my address is clearly on my order. I called Ugg and the representative, Aleeshia told me to call UPS for my package. I explained that UGG is the one that sent it to the wrong address. UPS delivered it where they told them to. She pretty much told me to figure it out. I am done with UGG.

Worst online ordering experience ever

Worst online ordering experience ever. Been ordering online for many years but this is the worst. Ordered a $250 pair of womens boots as a gift for a friend. The website gave me a little trouble ordering, I had to start over a few times. I accidently ordered Black instead of Chesnut, They made it impossible to cancel the wrong order. Long story short, after "chatting" with more than one customer service reps, the second rep told me the order was cancelled and sent me a confirmation email. So I thought it was safe to place another $250 order without tying up $500 on my credit card. Next day I receive a tracking number for the cancelled order and a tracking number for the correct order. It's Xmas time! Shouldn't be messing with people. It's like some manager in the online department wants the numbers to be high without meticulous customer service. Free expedited shipping is taking from last Sunday to a promise date of next Tuesday. So I have to wait till then to return the incorrect pair and they only use USPS for customer returns. No Free UPS return label so I can drop off at the UPS Store. This guarantees I will be waiting on a line at the post office, and waiting who knows how long to get credited on my credit card from Ugg. Maybe Uggs will reach out with something to make me smile, I am not smiling now.

First time buying from ugg and its the worst experience ever, bought a boots for my daughter, item came which was the complete opposite of what i ordered, i tried to contact ugg no telephone number, only email or web chat which i find it to be ridiculous. I returned the item as i was told to do so by customer agent on web chat. Item was delivered back to ugg on the following day but still no sign of my original order, went on web chat a few days later and happen to get the same agent again who promised me he or she would sort this out of me, its almost a week since i retuned the incorrect order and I'm still yet to get an email from ugg to say that my item has been shipped. I'm lost at this point because i don't know what else to do to get my daughters boots that i paid £121 for. I will never ever buy anything from ugg. Its the most painful experience, I'm next to tears, the warehouse made a mistake by shipping the wrong order, why do i have to suffer for their mistake, this should be priority, sending out my item that i have paid for.

My experience with UGG.com has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While the quality of the boots is good, the customer service and handling of issues have been far from satisfactory.

Placing an order on Dec 4, realizing an address mistake within 30 minutes, and being unable to cancel or change the address despite assurances from the representative set the tone for the ordeal. The promised solution of rerouting the package, given by the UGG representative, proved to be false.

Despite multiple calls to Fedex and UGG.com, the package was not rerouted and ended up being delivered to the wrong address, resulting in theft. The miscommunication between UGG.com and Fedex, as well as the lack of proper assistance, reflects poorly on the company's customer service.

The manager's response John, stating that rerouting was not guaranteed and blaming the representatives, adds to the overall negative experience, uselles from reps to manager. Poorly trained reps working from home, and have no idea what they doing. This has resulted in financial loss and a strong recommendation to avoid UGG.com and opt for in-store purchases instead.
