I've been trying to contact tumble deal to do a return via email and phone. No one responds ever and no one ever answers the phone. Delivered product on 5/10 and haven't been able to return item yet. Am I just out the 60 bucks?

Ordered two sets of sheets (different kinds) and they are gorgeous and soft and awesome. I ordered some jewelry, and did return one item I really didn't like. When I called to place the return, the rep was extremely pleasant and helpful. I received my refund in one week. Either I am really lucky, or this is a great site. I will continue to shop this site. Great for Christmas gifts!
