I received a product that wasn't as described and at the auction it said it wasn't eligible for a return. When I contacted customer service about it, he empathized with my situation and promptly started a return process for it.

I was totally confused by Tumbledeal's process. The agent that answered my call was very helpful and patient. I really appreciated the support.
Immediately after placing an order for an item for a price of $700, I realized that I used my Debit Card instead of my Credit Card. This was over the Memorial weekend so TumbleDeal.com Customer service was closed. However, they had an option for customers to send an email, which I did, asking them to cancel the order and effect the refund at their earliest convenience because I didn't want such an amount to come out of my bank account. When I followed up at 9am on the next business day after the Memorial Monday, TumbleDeal.com had already redeposited my money back into my account and had sent me an email to update me. I was quite impressed by the professional and swift manner through which they handled my case.
I was knew to TumbleDeal and bid on an item and it said something like buy another and I thought that meant continue shopping. I wound up with two in my basket. They replied within 24hrs and told me how to return an item. Very prompt and courteous message.

I purchased what was said to be an original print; however, I did get that: a genuine print of a copy, something printed on a large printer and not a good one. Fake is fake, no matter how you print it. The colors were faded and bad, the print was cut off at the sides and just a large disappointment.
My daughter wanted me to purchase a purse by coach for her. She was sure it would be fine. When we received it it was too small and wouldn't hold all her necessities. So I was able to return in for credit to be used against another purchase. In the future we will make sure we look at the measurements before we order. Thank you to Tumble deal.
