I have purchased over 30 of their shirts and some of their shorts because I loved the old design so much. Generic T-Shirts always fit baggy or loose on me and I loved that True Classic fit clean, no baggy, and used nice fabric.
I've been ordering shirts every few months and the order I received last week had shirts that were MUCH different and significantly lower in quality than everything else in my closet. They fit loose and baggy, they go down almost to my knees, and the fabric is paper thin and low quality. These aren't the same shirts and, honestly, they seem lower quality than what I would get in a 10 pack of Hanes.
I contacted the company and they said "we never change our designs by more than 5%…." Which kind of just confirmed that they did change their product and that they were hoping nobody would notice. Not sure if they made several "5% changes" since my last order…. But the new shirts are junk and im not ordering from them again. They did offer to replace the shirts I had…. And then shipped the same exact shirts and made me print a shipping label and find a box to send them the same shirts they sent me back to them (not sure why they thought this was a reasonable solution.)
Honestly really sad about this one. They had a great product that I would have paid a premium price for and now they offer low quality shirts instead. :/

I was excited to order a 6 pack of size L T's for my husband for his birthday. When the order arrived, the quality of the shirts were, eh. They claim to be super soft, but that is because they are super thin. The cut doesn't seem that different from normal t-shirts, other than being much longer in length. I haven't washed them yet, but what was most disappointing was that 2 of the 6 shirts in the set were size XL. When I reached out to customer service asking that they fix this, I just got a canned response with a link to start a return. But since I ordered these as a set, the only option was to return the entire set, not just the 2 shirt that were sent in the wrong size. When I reached out again, asking to have the 2 shirts replaced I got another email asking for my husband's measurements before they sent the correct size I already ordered. I'm not sure if this was another canned response or the customer service rep didn't understand that THEY sent the wrong size, not that I had ordered the wrong size. Anyways, not sure how this will turn out but so far I am disappointed that not only did they make a mistake and send the wring size but it seems near impossible to get them to fix their mistake.
UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by True Classic and the correct shirts were sent to me.

I was able to pull up the email, and you had initially said the tees that arrived incorrectly were: white (TCT4200WHITEL) and the Heather Light Gray (TCT4000HLGRYL). Since you ordered large and sent over the large SKU, and no photos were sent to our agent, we thought you meant the tees were size large, but fit like an XL. Definitely a human error on our part. I'll reply back to your ticket, as we're so sorry the wrong size was sent. We reached out several times to this customer, and sent the right sizes out. We never heard back.

I like the fit of these, as they advertise. But being blended material, the collars don't look too good (look worn) after a little while, and I imagine will look pretty rough over time.
Hey Mark, we'd love to look into this as our collars should always stay high and tight. The fabric blend we use does soften the color but that's won't diminish over time. I love the True Classic T-shirts, they fit well and feel smooth. I'm giving 3 stars because (1) as part of a Christmas gift for large orders I should have received 3 extra T-shirts for free, but I received only 2; (2) although I bought size M for all T-shirts, they don't all fit the same: the electric blue ones, in particular, are noticeably smaller than the others.

I used their sizing chart based on my height and weight 6' 200 lbs. said to get 2xl. Spent 60 bucks to be swimming in the shirts. Not worth the money.
Sizing can be tricky given differences in body types within an online tool and it's possible you may be in between sizes. We certainly want to ensure you have the best fitting tee. My personal recommendation would be a size XL. We offer a hassle free return policy and we would love to help with an exchange!
These are just another gimmick shirt being sold for way more then its worth. Walk into a Kohls and they have shirts like this for 12 bucks, in many more colors.

I placed an order for a 3-pack of shirts. I liked the fit, but not the color and chose to swap them for a different color, as well as the v-neck instead of the crew. When I initially reached out to customer service over the phone the lady was incredibly courteous and helpful. She sent me a return shipping label while I was on the phone with her, and ensured me that all I needed to do was package the shirts and mail them back using the return label, and doing so would initiate the swap. She specifically told me there was nothing more I needed to do. Two weeks went by and I did not receive the shirts I returned, prompting me to check the tracking to confirm they received my return. They had,
I decided to do an online chat with a customer service rep to find out the status of my swap. This particular lady had a rude sort of tone to her responses, as she made it seem like I had somehow dropped the ball by not calling to tell them that I had returned the other shirts. I explained that I was never given those instructions, and had done exactly what I was told to do. I wondered why I would need to call since they should have gotten notified as soon the return shipping label was scanned at the post office. Anyway, the shirts were shipped the following day and hopefully I'll receive them soon.

I did pull up your initial ticket with Emily; and it looks like she did ask for you to let us know when that package was returned. We are more than happy to process an exchange as soon as we can see tracking shows it en route to our warehouse; we want that process to be hassle free and I am so sorry we let you down. I ordered a few items and received a different item than what was ordered, as well as a few that did not fit. I reached out to customer service and sent back what I received. One Saturday (3 days ago) one of the reps was putting together placements for me and confirmed with me, twice, that the shipments were secure and packaged and to be send out right away.
Today I received an email that not only were one of the shirts not included in the shipment due to not being in stock (after I was told that everything was packed together and ready to ship) but they also refunded me the cost of the shirts which was on sale in a different size so they only refunded me what the current cost was not what I paid.
I also received an email from them trying to explain that two of the three shirts on my replacement have been sent out, not understanding that my issue was with what was not sent out.
The shirts are comfortable, yes, but customer service is a nightmare and they do not own up to anything so be cautious when you order and cross your fingers that it is the correct order because trying to get a replacement is very difficult.
Looks like we ran into an inventory shortage. We are so sorry when that happens, we hate it too! We reached out to make it right.
These tshirts cause aggravating itching and might cause some severe red sores on your back. Jimson and Jonson agree as per the annoying youtube commercials. This company sucks

True Classic is a brand I can get behind. Excellent quality clothing. The fit, the fabric, the price and customer service are far superior to other brands. I will only buy True Classic from now on.
