This time me and my friend decided to planned to visit beach place and at least destination should be international. So we chose Thailand as it is cheap as well. So we saw ad of travbond so we contacted them. Sales team was prompt reservation team was also prompt. All the issue sorted immediately. The person in Visa team was not prompt due to that we faced little problem. Rest everything was OK. But yes they deserve appreciation.

Our trip designer and the rest of the travel team did an absolutely fantastic job with our recent trip to Spain and France. The trip designer really got to know us and came up with an itinerary that made the most of the time we had and offered activities of interest to everyone in the family. No detail was too small, they even arranged for "to go" breakfasts for us when we had to make an early flight. If we needed anything, they were available by phone or text and at one point we had a video call so he could help with directions!

We had a great trip and it was totally stress free thanks to our trip designer and this travel team.

I visited Dubai about 2 months ago December 2019. It was a family trip and bookings were made through Travbond office. We booked 7nights package through there Mumbai office. In our itinerary they have covered all most all tourist attractions we visited Dubai Aquarium & Underwater World, Abra Creek, Jumereirah Masque, Gold souk, Palm Jumerah and burj khalifa We celebrated our sons 10th birthday there and the arrangements done by Travbond team was worth.
First day we rested in our hotel. Food was nice and staff was courteous. Then next day we went for safari. Trip was very well organised so we covered maximum of it. Food outside is costly but local food should be tried. Place is very clean and very well organised rules are also very strict but public transport is also nice. Though we travelled through taxi as we had kids with us but you can also enjoy public transport once or twice in your trip.

Worst experience, We are a group of 5 people and Manish from the sales team gave us a promising deal and took 50 % in advance after that its redirect to Saryu from the reservation team. They mailed us with the confirmation hotel booking and we cross-check with the hotel there is no booking at all and after that when we call them there is no response, behavior is rude and also money lost.
Never ever go with Saryu and Manish.
Saryu behavior is too rude and worst part is he is main authority to manage the escalation

I have attached my voucher ID and I understand that there is no booking in the hotel and when we at last reach them they gave us the vague answer.

It is a scam. Do not go with there promises. They will con you. After taking my money none f the team member have respond to us. I am planning for Singapore trip and I really want to cancel it. Before booking they were calling me 1000 times. After I paid no respond from the sales team, reservation team. Even they will behave with you like I have taken their money. Sorry. It is just a week I booked my trip, don't know how much it will suffer us.

My daughter is a fashion student and wanted to go to Italy for experience the culture. So me, my wife and my daughter took a personalized trip with Travbond to Italy. I must say I am very impressed with the country. I was suggested Travbond by a friend and it was a great recommendation. Though the weather conditions were terrible when we went, it was not the tour company's problem but they should have informed us beforehand. Roads were closed due to the weather however, the local guide made sure we didn't miss anything on the itinerary. I would recommend this trip but make sure you pack for all seasons. Europe can be weird.

It is a pleasure to have Travbond holiday experience. Our trip to Singapore, Bangkok and Cambodia was very enjoyable and we created loads of unforgettable memories along with lifetime of experiences. Our tour leader was kind and patient and understood everyone's needs! It was a first international trip with my kids and first time on foreign land for many. The guide aptly helped us, and I personally thank him for making our tour delighting and relaxing. We look forward to our next trip with Travbond.

The people in this organisation are the biggest scams present. Dont waste your precious money on this so called SELF customised bullsh*t trips. They dont even care for a living being. Specially the office members of Delhi are pathetic. The founder Mrs Jyoti Kakkar is the most obnoxious fat woman i've ever come across, she's so stubborn that she might eat your money and you wont be able to do anything with it. Please be careful.
