We ordered two bottles of Rusk Jele Gloss. The price was nearly half what I would have paid in a store, including shipping. Order and payment were accepted. I received an email to confirm both. The next day I got an email that the product had been shipped. It arrived in my mailbox five days later, even though it was over a long weekend. The product was packaged in a solid box. I have no complains about this company. Would buy from them again.

I have ordered twice off this website, and twice my package showed up earlier than expected, and I live in Northern BC Canada so I expect things to get delayed.
I have only ordered hair products so far, but everything was as advertised, and well packaged with a couple of tiny gifts.

I purchased a hairdryer online, payment was processed but they never provided the tracking number 1 month later and I can't get a response from customer service. I now need to call my credit card company to try and get a refund.

I placed an order on their website on August 7. Right after placing my order, I received an email saying that my payment was accepted with a copy of the invoice. It is now August 19 and I never received any notice about the process of my order. I reached out to their customer service email a week ago and I still have not received a response. I commented on their most recent post on their Instagram page, asking about my order, and then they blocked me soon after. They had time to block me on their Instagram page but couldn't contact me about my order. That should tell you all you need to know about this company. They absolutely do not care about their customers and just want to scam you out of your money. This company needs to be investigated because this is insane.

I purchased off of this site and they took my payment right away. I received no email or order confirmation. I emailed customer service 4 times to no avail. I took it upon myself to reach out to the VP of Operations for Trade Secrets on LinkedIn (Vincenzo Messa) and basically said that if I didn't receive a refund or my order confirmation/tracking information that I would report him to the Canadian Competition Bureau of Fraud and Scams. He responded right away and so did customer service. They have promised to have my order shipped today. Be resourceful! Threats aren't pleasant but after reading numerous reviews about this site and orders not received, I felt it was necessary.

They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I bought a straightener several months ago, took it out of the box to look at it and deemed it was not what we wanted. We returned it and they refused a refund and sent it back stating that we opened it and didn't put it properly back in the box. They are brutal. We weren't happy with a product which to be honest resembled something you would buy at the Dollar Store. It was never used and returned in the same box it was sent in. They don't even earn a one star rating but unfortunately there are no negative stars. Buyer beware!

I am not happy with Trade Secrets CA. I ordered a curling iron and decided it was not for me. I never even took it out of the box and wanted to return it. I tried for about two weeks to get hold of them to get a prepaid postage label to return it but no one returned my calls & I could not send an e-mail. Finally I returned it at my own expense of $16.16 and asked them for a refund of the postage. I received a credit for the curling iron on my credit card but did not get a refund for the postage, It is false advertising. I would not deal with them again. I rec'd an e-mail "after" I returned it letting me know I would get a refund for the curling iron but no mention of the postage.

I placed an order online at Tradesecrets.ca and my payment was processed immediately. After 4 days it wasn't showing shipped so I sent an email asking when it would be shipped. Received a reply indicating and item I DID NOT ORDER was out of stock. I replied indicating I hadn't ordered that item with a copy of my order. Haven't heard back so I emailed again today. If I don't receive a reply I'll have to dispute the charge with Mastercard. Wish I had read the reviews before but I know they have retail stores and figured there wouldn't be a problem online. Wrong!

The item I ordered was "out of stock". I was told I would get a refund within a couple days. I emailed MULTIPLE times asking for my refund. It has been two months I never got any refund. I now need to contact my bank in hopes I can get my money back.

They charged for the product that was never shipped, never delivered and they never answer any email I sent. I didn't even received a confirmation email, but the charge was made.

Just horrible. The products are all old and overpriced. The service was absolutely horrible too. The Kanata Ontario location is clearly owned by racists.

Amazing work, kind stylist, interactive and loved it. The stylists name is Atmar, I think she did an amazing job and my mom is her client and she has done absolutely amazing.

My experience was OK. I made an order on the website, and in few days I've got the message that one of the products is not available right now, and they can make a partially refund. The rest of my order was delivered fast, in 3 days. The refund takes about 2 weeks.
