After faithfully clicking through from Topcashback for every online purchase for around 3 months, I duly received a few pennies on my dashboard for small purchases. Therefore proof I was using the site correctly and all systems were working. However larger purchases where real cash back would have been worth using the site for were ALL withheld from payment. False hope is given with the opportunity to file for a missing payments, but that too was a pointless exercise. Complete waste of time.
I can't even count the times I didn't receive money back as promised, but this year's Black Friday deal was my final straw. I made 2 purchases to get a 10.00 bonus cash back, along with the regular cash back. Either of these purchases qualified me for the bonus & yet, here I am months later without a penny from any of it. One claim (Home Depot) was denied & never heard from Tractor Supply. I would give zero stars if I could. Mr. Rebates has never jacked me out of money a single time. They will get all of my future business.

Before you read any further, go back and sort reviews by newest to oldest. That should tell you all you need to know about topcashback.com. You'll also notice that a rep for Topcashback often politely respond to reviews asking to contact them at an email address so they can investigate. The problem is if someone is here writing a review then more than likely they already contacted topcashback.com attempting to resolve the issue. Also note that users are able to edit reviews so if this rep responding was actually helping customers then the reviewers would edit their reviews to show that the problem was resolved.
Regardless of what you're told when you try to file a claim for missing cashback, it should not take months to verify basic information and "investigate" whether you placed an order using their link. This is part of the scam to get you to eventually give up on your claim. You provided them with the order number, amount, date, time, and they have a record of you using their link to navigate to the merchant's website. It is not that complicated. You're also not involved in their "investigation" process so they can simply lie to the customer about the vendor's response after their months long investigation into an obvious purchase that is made.

I used TCB for 3 purchases, my total cashback would have been $35.00. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I got fed up and search the internet over for a phone number. I did reach TCB and was told that my Cashback must have slipped through the cracks. I called again for the 2nd and 3rd and was told EVERYTIME I called that "Oh sorry, you cashback deal must have slipped through the cracks"
This company is a SCAM, read the BBB reviews and reports. Check out all 3rd party reviews and see for yourself their ratings IS as bad as everyone leaving a review states it is.

In last two quarters, the site has gone downhill. It will out rightly will not track the transaction. The would also claim that merchant denied. Customer service on clarification a very generic response that merchant denied it. I am providing exact example of it:

I made a laptop purchase that involved a fair amount of a cashback. I never received any cashback despite using TopCashback over other alternatives. I regret my decision as more reliable alternatives would have at least produced something rather than nothing. Will no longer use TopCashback unless they are the only option.

I strongly recommend that you give this company a pass. The offers they post look enticing, but you're going to have your information sold and used to get absolutely flooded with spam and my card info was stolen via a transaction through one of their promoted offers. Use at your own peril.

Once a reliable cashback service, over the years it has degenerated into a scam site, repeatedly denying cashbacks. I have to say most of these cashback sites are frauds, with the exception of Rakuten, which I highly recommend. They play the tricks of luring you with a high percentage cashback, but end up giving you nothing. Be careful.

This website is great. I've referred friends who have still not signed up and I don't understand why. It's free money. Always been really good at paying out and is definitely worth a check before purchasing as your basket will have saved on a site, so you just need to click through here to get the Cashback.
This "fake cash back" app was giving 10% cash back on 24S. And I spend more than 3000dollars through this app.and I got nothing now. I wish I could use Rakuten even they only give 3% at least I can get some cash back not ZERO!

I am part of one of the most wonderful coupon sites one cute couponer. Com. Erica the most wonderful honest Mighty woman of God. Her and her family run this site. The OCC games works very hard night and day to give us this day and save us money. Topcashback contacted one cute couponer and ask her to offer us spend $20 get 40 back. They are now refusing to honor their promotion and had the audacity to say that we misunderstood their promotion. We have seen the email they sent with the promotion being offered. They basically ended up saying that they got so much business that they cannot afford to pay out the promotion offer that they offered. So instead of owning that they're trying to blame the users and say we misunderstood their offer. I will no longer do any business with top cast Mac I do not trust them I also hear the people are having trouble using the Visa card that they pay you with I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

I have never had so many declines on purchases that were made. I followed all the rules and links to the site. They were accepted at the time but later declined due to reasons that were not valid. I would send them judges and messages and received little to no feed back. The same mantra is over and over again. Befrugal has never declined any of my tranactions.

This site used to be one of the best in the business. However, after 3 STRAIGHT failures to track large purchases, I've come to the conclusion that this site is slowly dying. It promises the highest rates and then fails to deliver. Cookies cleared, no adblocker, only clicking from the site and the large purchases still don't track. My $10 purchase with 1% back? That tracks. My $$$$ purchase at 5%? Tough luck, they lie and say I the retailer sensed another referral for my visit. If you order anything over $100 don't expect ANYTHING back. Such a scam.

This site promises cashback on each purchase. It mysteriously "didnt track" SIX purchases in a row however suggested that I'd mistakenly forgotten to use the app. Six times? I hardly think so. Then you have stores who will put up "20% cashback", matalan being a perfect example. Promised 30% last month. So I did Christmas shopping. This evening they decided to decline it, which they are allowed to do. Use a different site, this one is a total scam. As you can see Disney also does the same. Their customer service is horrendous too.

TopCashback was good, but during the pandemic the company has not been there for me. I kept receiving the same message below on my recent shopping trips ever since the pandemic started as a way to mitigate payout from the company, I suppose. Please note that I do not use any other marketing platforms. However, I will be switching over to Rakuten permenantly since they always have my back. Although TopCashback offers bigger cashback from time to time, it's not worth it given the lack of customer service and technical deficiencies.

I purchased from 24s with 10% cash back on topcashback. I saw $65 in my account on the day I did the purchase but got logged out next day. I contacted the customer service. First they asked for a receipt for the transaction. After they want my IDs and then asked for my passport. After I refused for upload my passport they wouldn't look into it for me. This website is not hornor to what it said.

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case.
