Bs offers I bought and told my friends about a deal with lowes where you get $15 back for any purchase over $15. NOT one of us got the promised topcashback! COMPLETE SHAM!
Fastest way to earn extra cash! I've earned 529.00 just for shopping through Top cash back! So easy!
I always go to Top Cashback after I picked out my shopping order. When I'm ready to make my purchase then I go thru Top Cashback. I have made hundreds of dollars since I joined in 2015.
Topcashback added the ability to purchases discounted gift cards and it has been awesome. I've bought around 20 cards and not had one issue.
They blatantly rip you off. Purchases are never recorded. Terrible people to deal with. Everyone should run for the hills when you see top cash back.
Hello Debbie,
I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. I can assure you that we don't rip people off at all, and we do payout tons of members on a daily basis. If something is not getting paid out, there's usually a legitimate reason for this. I'm not sure who you've dealt with in the past, but for all questions/concerns you can always email me directly to promotions@topcashback.com for a quick and efficient response. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Dominique
It's ridiculous that after 12 weeks, my Travelocity transactions are still marked Pending. There is no earthly reason they should not be payable after THREE MONTHS.
Hi Kim,
I'm sorry haven't appeared to have checked Travelocity's terms for cashback before posting your review. As mentioned beneath their cashback offer: "Cash Back is only paid out when the booking is completed, cash back may initially track at $0.00." We would expect the cashback to uplift to the full amount once Travelocity validate your transaction, which wouldn't begin until you have completed the stay. So there's certainly no scams at play whatsoever. For future transactions we'd highly recommend to check the retailer's terms and conditions for these details.
Thanks,
Patrick
Agent Dominique from TopCashback was very knowledgeable and easily solved the computer and
Other problems. I had my refund in a few days.
Great customer service in making all right even when it was my bad. Andy was so helpful, efficient, and Extremely quick!
Earn quick and can cash out in less than a minute. I have had no problems at all with this ad on. Always a pleasure to deal with.
Their rewards are usually pretty high but payout is slow. Sometimes have to submit a ticket to get paid.
I signed up for TopCashBack right before making two major purchases (for me) considering the rebate for both of those purchases was going to be significant. It seems to take an obnoxious amount of time to receive any payout and then, lo and behold, the merchant for the first of my major purchases has supposedly "declined". Declined based on what? I have the purchase made through that link (which was tracked). The second large purchase is still pending and after reading reviews both here and on other sites, I won't be surprised if that one is "declined" too. I'm attaching pictures of my purchase as recorded by the merchant, the TCB acknowledging tracking my link to said merchant, my TCB account with the "declined" status for said purchase, and, courtesy of the Internet Wayback Machine, a screencap of how much cashback said merchant was offering on the date of my purchase, which is why I purchased through TCB in the first place. I filed an inquiry into the "declined" status and if I'm not mistaken, I might end up receiving a mere fraction of what I was supposed to receive. As soon as my purchases are sorted and taken out of "pending" status, then I'm cashing out and closing my account.
Hi Hillary,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm sorry to read that you've had some transactions declined. When a retailer declines cashback this would usually indicate you have not fully met their terms and conditions. So we'd advise to double check retailers terms prior to making a purchase to ensure that your transaction qualifies. If you have already lodged claims for declined transactions this means that our claims team will then dispute the matter with the retailer and do everything we can to try and get the decision overturned. If you would like an update on any of these claims, please get in touch via a support ticket and we'd be happy to take a look for you.
Thanks,
Patrick
I've used TopCashback for years. Most recently, they paid my HBOMAX subscription claim from their own finances, when HBOMAX made a posting error and reneged on the deal. I really appreciated it.
I think most people either hit or miss, and I'm one of the "missed". I tried a few times and don't get paid, so I'm just going to move on.

Can't think of anything positive to say about this lot. Don't waste by our time opening the daily emails. If you actually succeed in receiving anything judging from my experience and the majority of reviews, you'll be in the minute minority, assuming that the fee positive reviews are genuine!
Hi Barrie,
So sorry to hear that you haven't had any luck with TopCashback. However, in our experience, when purchases don't track for members, it is simply because there is something that isn't being done properly. For this reason, we have compiled a guide for our members that has proven to be effective. You can follow this guide here: https://www.topcashback.com/blog/how-to-maximize-your-topcashback-experience/. If there is anything specific you would like me to take a look at in your account, please feel free to send me an email directly to promotions@topcashback.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I used TCB for 3 purchases, my total cashback would have been $35.00. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I got fed up and search the internet over for a phone number. I did reach TCB and was told that my Cashback must have slipped through the cracks. I called again for the 2nd and 3rd and was told EVERYTIME I called that "Oh sorry, you cashback deal must have slipped through the cracks"
This company is a SCAM, read the BBB reviews and reports. Check out all 3rd party reviews and see for yourself their ratings IS as bad as everyone leaving a review states it is.
This company is a total SCAM.
Great response and good service.
Was awesome talking to the agents through tickets, Good gesture.
Will recommend.
Garbage company. Took forever to give a resolution and then blamed the company for their fraud. Stay far away, I will for now on.
Hi Gregory,
I am not sure what you're referring to however I can say that sometimes when sorting issues out with merchants it can take quite a while, but we always do try to get to the bottom of any issues and do what is right for our members, so we never engage in any acts of fraud I can assure you that.
Best Wishes,
Dominique
Answer: I'm a glutton for punishment. So, my view of a success story may differ from your tastes. I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case. As this is the retailer's final decision, I'm afraid this isn't something we can dispute further. For any future purchases we'd recommend to clear cookies prior to logging-in to your account and avoid the use of coupons unless you see the code posted on our site. We hope any further transactions are more successful for you. Best wishes, TopCashback Support Even scumbag personal injury lawyers don't give these kind of tortuous excuses to absolve their obligations! That is one success story for a man and a giant leap for...what is the word I'm looking for?
Hi Gret,
I can assure you we are not a scam, and I would be more than happy to look into this and sort this out for you. Please send me an email directly to promotions@topcashback.com. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Best Wishes,
Dominique
