I never had a problem getting cash back on small amounts, but for larger amounts I get declined or not tracked just like the recent reviews here.
Since I had problems before on large purchases, I made sure to clear my cart before clicking the link. Even clicking several times right before hitting purchase. Have no extensions installed. Topcashback says the merchant could not verify they were the last referral. Yeah right. Beware and use another cash back site for large purchases. Never again.

Proudly and falsely advertised as "rewards usually posted in 2 days".
Once clicked thru, there's never any progress (they like to use the words "next monthly batch" a lot), just made up excuses like:
"it will be in the next monthly batch"
"claim will be submitted next batch"
"submitted to retailers (thru their affiliate online presence network)"
"will take 2 weeks"
"usually takes 2 months"
"generally we find it usually takes 12-16 weeks to get a result"
"as soon as we know anything we will let you know"
Never proactive. Never resolved, Never cashback. Never again.

Topcashback is only good for smaller refunds... When you have a larger refund, you always reject with the same "fairy tale":..."The reason given to us for the decline is another marketing channel."
The next time I have a big refund I will use another reward website!

Made purchase on Nov 2022. Now in Jan 2023 cashback is still in pending status.
Reach out to TopCashback, no resolution and just ask me to be patient without given any estimation on cashback availability date!
Send 2nd inquiry 2 months after purchase, same answer "Be patient". And say they can not process my request because it will be "Unfair" for other customer in the same situation as me!?
WTF, no only TopCashback are not actively supporting its customer and get resolution, but apparently there are many other in the similar situation?
Avoid this site at all cost. Ebate are far more reliable and prompt to get your missing cashback processed.

They simply make an excuse to not honor their offer. I bought a 2-year SurfShark subscription during Black Friday when they announced 105% cashback. I did not receive anything after two weeks so I contacted them and they promised me to contact the SurfShark. 3 weeks later they informed me that the SurfShark won't give anything because of an unknown reason! What do I think? TopCashBack lied to me but keep me waiting until I passed the SurfShark 30-day money back period, so I can't cancel my subscription anymore and they can keep the money.

I have opened a couple of tickets asking for my account balance to be corrected to show my sign on bonus for $10.00 because it shows $0.00 and they supposedly corrected it but it still says $0.00. They don't want to pay their users!

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale.
