Ur transactions conveniently dont track especially when of any value, customer service is difficult to contact and gets u no where, when i told them i was closing my account they stole my money from both mine and my roommates account. Attached photo is my confirmation on my payout on Sept. 22 today Oct 8 still waiting for payout but no access because topcash already closed my account. Stole $60 from me and $25 from roommates account. Something a poor person wud do! The whole experience in one word wud be POOR. I was a customer for 5 years so glad to put behind me; not at all worth ur time and efforts!

I've been using TCB for many years and know how to use the system. I've noticed that the low value cashbacks seem to track successfully, while higher value cashbacks are always iffy and a PITA to claim. Recently I made a Viator purchase for 15% cashback. I filed a ticket and a missing cashback claim. Someone got back to me that this could take months to even get the retailer to respond. Heard this song before and I'm not optimistic but I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. A few days later the Viator cashback increased to 20%. I cancelled my initial purchase and used my mother's new TCB account (created using my referral code) to place a new eligible purchase and make sure they don't confuse the 2 purchases and respective cashback amounts. Well guess what, the new purchase under my mother's account, carefully placed and documented with a screen recording showing clear cookies and new browser ONCE AGAIN DID NOT TRACK! There you go! This proves that either TCB or the merchant Viator is deliberately pulling some deceitful modus here. Again, as a seasoned TCB user, I know how to secure eligible cashback, and I have. But it's when there is a seemingly attractive offer and higher cashback figures that their unreliable AND dishonest system kicks in... yes indeed it seems to be a systematic and programmed non-acknowledgment of eligible transactions, usually in high dollar, travel related categories. Based on experience and all these 1-star reviews they gaslight you and make excuses to deny you of what you're owed. Consequently, we not only missed the rightful cashback, but also the associated referral bonus on both my and my mother's account. So Buyer Beware!

I can assure you that we are 100% not a scam, as we never keep a portion of cashback. If we don't get paid from the retailer, we have no funds to pass over.
I have done a check for Viator in particular to take a look at the history of their tracking, as well as recent tracking stats and all seems to be normal, I don't see anything alarming.
With any purchase, we always recommend our members to double check the terms and conditions for each merchant/offer because they will all differ, so this is really important to note.
What device and version are you using to make these purchases? I wonder if something could be interfering with the tracking of your purchases. I opened 3 claims for missing cashback and after several weeks they/their merchant declined them because they "cannot track them". All the excuses from them truly point to no error on my part as user, but regardless of lack of proof of user mistake they continued to reject my claims and insist with bias that their system is simply perfect and cannot ever be wrong. Very absurd. Before opening these claims I opened a support ticket about the missing cashbacks from the 3 transactions explaining that I was observing a potential bug in their website. In that support ticket I offered to provide my video recording of the potential bug behavior. I booked a hotel via TopCashBack.com with Cheapoair, and then Cheapoair processed it via Booking. I recorded the process. This was supposed to be an absolutely eligible transaction/referral. I took multiple videos to recreate the scenario from TopCashBack, and everytime, TopCashBack turns to Cheapoair and then turns to Booking. THREE TIMES. Booking.com and Cheapoair.com have different cashback links under TopCashBack, so it was suspicious that they get redirected to each other or merged. I saw what was going on and how it can lead to disputes later. It is amazing that they deny it. Again, I have videos. I even agreed to do a remote cache diagnosis if they truly want to get to the bottom of it. I have other cashback sites with offers but I chose TopCashBack because it offered the highest amount. My mistake was trusting that their system and their merchants' are reliable and competent enough to trace and award my cashback. I find this very disappointing and disturbing because I know I earned those cashback properly. I am a long time user of cashback sites/apps and I am 100% sure I know what I'm doing. I let them know that I will make sure I share this experience with as many people as possible to protect them from losing their cashback and wasting their time with this unreliable service and ripoff. BUYER BEWARE! They give these "possible reasons" why the referral transactions did not track, as if the customer is just novice or an idiot, when the fact is that they are just technically deficient (and dishonest) and simply don't care to admit they are wrong. Hundreds of complains here and on BBB doesn't sound like their system and process is perfect and inerrant. Save yourself of the trouble and frustration! Like all the other complains here, my experience and advise is to stay away from this click bait.
I have tried this CB app for the last few months and conviniently, I have never received tracking for high value purchases. I made a 40% CB purchase being absolutely certain to activate with the TopCashback app, no pop-ups or other offers, and guess what? Never showed up on my account. Sent an email to customer service, which is only via email. Never received a reply. Sent another email, to an entirely different department inquiring about the same question, and they told me my CB was declined because I had used another CB app, which is a total lie because I had been perfectly careful only to use this one for the purchase. App 0/10, customer service 0/10. Would not be surprised if they're reaping in the referral money and screwing over the customer.

These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback.
We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include:
-If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction
-Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction
-Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback.

I get so many emails with spicy titles like "130% Cashback Offer!". But upon actually reading the email, the offer is nowhere to be found. I'm guessing they just add up all the percentages in all the cashbacks and call it a day. That's not how cashback works. Stop intentionally being deceitful about your offers.

For example, if the email is showcasing multiple offers: 8% cashback for Adidas, 20% for Nike, and 130% for NordVPN, then you have a chance to earn up to 130% cashback based on what store you shop at.

I have trusted the site to get a cashback but my Transaction is in pending state for more than 20 weeks now. Cusstomer Support have not helped. Maybe I'm just heaving bad luck… let's see if the other cashback also stay pending for so long….

I've been using TopCashback for over a year and it gets me giftcards as promised on this I'm already going to buy. It's easy to use with the plug-in on my browser and I've already received over $60 in giftcards for things like Target, Amazon and Starbucks.
It was a easy process and went smoothly.

I was awarded $15 for a purchase last August and waited to request the money. Five months later this amount was withdrawn from my TCB account because the company had declared bankruptcy. I sent 2 letters regarding this and was told nothing could be done. I decided to stop using TCB because I thought this was dishonest. When I requested my remaining reward money I filled out another survey and explained this issue. I received a very nice email requesting further information, which I supplied. The issue has been resolved.

Topcashback has the highest cashback percent on paper, but when they either keep your cashback, or cannot get it other vendors seem to be better. I used Rakuten in the past, and never had this issue.
I have opened a few tickets for Sams Club, and get a response months later that it was denied. They say they will not honor the purchase even with the receipt. I sent an order number but still denied.
I have four laptop purchases through lenovo that are showing $0. I have opened new tickets. At the point if they do not honor the purchases it may be time to check class action lawsuit options.
I know I will not make another large purchase through them. A server purchase for 4k is not even showing in the list at this point.
I always make sure to use Chrome as Brave browser seems to not allow them to track. I do get the popup on the right saying they are tracking the purchase. The issue is the just show a $0 for the payable.
Time to go back to Rakuten. The percent may be lower, but getting something is better than a promise of nothing.
Vendor contacted me saying I used another portal, or code. That is all incorrect. I use google Chrome as the Brave browser can block the cashback with the privacy in the browser. Now I am back to Rakuten and my Sams Club, and Lenovo purchases are working I am getting 10% on a $1500 dell purchase. Where TopCashBack did not give me my money Rakuten does. I guess you can check how many others have these issues. I relayed I opened many cased with customer service who would take months to say sorry we are not giving your money to you. Also to late for me to return and repurchase the item to try to really get cashback. STAY AWAY!

It's been 8 months of filing a claim. The claim is still "pending". They have an automatic disclaimer for their liabilities, but also stated it "may not" even be processed. It's waiting almost a year for a "maybe". It's all smoke and mirrors when you need assistance. I've had my account for a few years now, I am knowledgeable of how it operates. When it goes smoothly, it's ok. It's doing it's job so to speak. But when it doesn't not, it's so bad I now want to completely delete my account. Be careful, they aren't what they say.
