Tire Rack makes it very simple to get what you need. Put in your car and it will show you available options for sizes that work for your car. I really enjoy setting up installation right through the purchase. Saves me time and hassle of doing that separately
It was a pleasurable experience navigating through Tire Racks options when as I was searching for the correct size shocks for a 6" lifted Ram. Very competitive pricing, but the quick shipping delivery sold me like powered sugar sprinkles on fried dough.

Great service and tires had a great manufacturing date. Two thumbs up! Not quite sure about the road hazard that came with these tires. I try to sign in and it states I don't have an account, which I do.
Have ordered multiple tires from from the rack but the website seems to not be too clear on buttons of options when using paypal etc. It keeps trying to sell 2 tires when I only need one Don't recall any problem before my recent 2 orders. IT also forces you to send everything to an installer when that is not needed.
I had several tires picked out for my wife Lincoln. I was unsure on what to buy. I asked Tire Rack Rep for some advice. I ended up going with his recommendation and have been very happy. The whole process from the purchase of the tires to the tire installer went extremely smooth.
Ordered brake pads from here and they came in a reasonable manner. Now I am ordering tires since they are heavily discounted and offering a 2 year hazard warranty as well! I also noticed that they do have an option to ship to discount tire which is very useful! Thank you Tire Rack. I will definitely order again soon.
This is the first time I have picked up my order from a Tire Rack distribution center. I was going to be close by for other personal reasons, so it only made sense to save $40 on my order by picking them up. Tire Rack staff were courteous and expeditious in bringing the tires out to me in my vehicle. I have typically been happy with Tire Rack order process and delivery. Once again, I am a satisfied customer.

Great service all the time. 2-year road hazard is good. Great information on tires. Still recommend doing preliminary research before buying tires. (Speed ratings, load ratings, fitment, read customer reviews, watch videos on products and competition, buy tires appropriate to car, don't put $2000 tires on a car you know will break soon).
I first found a great deal on what I thought were matching tires. I then received a call from Seth the next day to confirm my order. He politely took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He then offered suggestions on how I might more effectively accomplish my goals. I felt like his experience and transparency really helped me make the best decision for my situation.
On time and les than a year old from the date of production. With reputable brands of tires this are the only things the online shop can screw up. Everything else is on you for not doing your research or the tire manufacturer releasing a defensive product.
For now I will not hesitate on buying from tirerack again
I have only ordered from tire rack about seven times…. Apparently, I keep coming back, and apparently there are a lot of good reasons. I'm not gonna list all of them here, but apparently is enough for a five star review and lots of return visits to purchase tires.
Tire Mart delivered promptly to local supplier who spin-balanced and installed locally. Only had to adjust tire pressures the next day. Drove 120 miles at various speeds and highway conditions. No evidence of range drop at any speed (from the earlier Michelin EV tires) --- overall average 4 miles/kW-hr. Loved the improvement in handling, cornering etc--- pretty much what Tire Rack reviews predicted.
Lots of useful information, especially the youtube.com videos. Very much appreciated, especially the EV vs replacement tire comparisons.
My first every experience was good, but every experience after that has been abysmal. Multiple attempts to purchase tires and for some reason I've now have FIVE separate attempts completely fail, with 4 of them not even giving a reason. Each time, I make it to the "Thank you for your order" screen without issue but the order just fades away into oblivion. The only time the order did stick around, it ended up getting cancelled anyway. I don't understand what's making it so difficult to just buy tires. Multiple valid payment methods, ensured funds are available and that the cards aren't being blocked for high value purchases and everything is fine on my end. Yet always fails. Today's purchase unfortunately will be my last, for all this trouble it's literally easier to just get price gouged at a dealership. At least I know the payment will work on the first try.
I knew exactly what tires I wanted to purchase. Navigating the website was seamless. I ordered my tires on A Thursday and they were delivered the following Monday as promised. I would definitely recommend Tire Rack!
I previously bought new older tires in 275/35 - 18 on two separate occasions for my 9.5" wheels on my Mitsubishi Evolution. Saved a ton of money each time. I do not yet need these 315/35 - 20's for my 12" wheels on my GT-R, but they will be there in two or three years when I predict my current P-Zero's will be done.
Had a new tire failure due to puncture of the sidewall. Worked via chat w/ Tire Rack customer service and they directed me to their claims website. Submitted the information and got approved immediately. Follow up will be submission of payment receipts for the new tire and installation. Hopefully reimbursement goes as smoothly as initiating the claim.
Clear communication on questions I had before placing order
I have ordered tires through Tire Rack a few times now. Each and every time it is an easy process with multiple options for my tire needs. I have them shipped to my mechanic, they always arrive on time, and are exactly what I ordered. Thank you for always providing great service.
