Customer service has always been good for me, shipping has always been super fast. The tire date codes are current meaning the tires have not been sitting around for a long time. I had to use Road Hazard protection one time and it went very smooth and they sent me a check for a new tire with no hassle. I have no complaints.

Tire rack is the only place I will shop for tires, the prices are great and the two year road hazard is unbeatable. I am apparently a magnet to road debris and always seem to have an issue and the road hazard program has never let me down in the event my tire could not be repaired.

The process of submitting a claim for a damaged tired, receiving the pre-authorization within minutes, and ordering the replacement couldn't have been simpler. Always a pleasure when companies are there to make an unfortunate situation seem like it was never a situation to begin with.

I purchased rims and tires as a package deal and was told that the size you recommended. I wanted to put a 235/40/19 instead of the 235/35/19. I bent 2 rims and ruined those tires on those damaged rims. I just order 235/40/19 and they fit perfectly with the right amount of tire around the rim. Please don't recommend 235/35/19 for these rims. I feel a little taken..

It was very easy. They start with your car brand model then you go to the tire specification recommendation you choose price from high to low or vice versa. I checked the price with other box stores tire rack, very competitive.

Purchased a set of 4 tires, free shipment to my home am with built in 2 year road hazard warranty. Currently replacing two tires under that road hazard warranty which is taking mass amounts of stress off my shoulders, from a rough situation.

Just a few minutes after placing my last order, I got a phone call from Tire Rack. I ordered something that is not original equipment for my vehicle and they wanted to be sure I wasn't making a mistake. I really appreciate that. If I had ordered something wrong it would have been caught before shipping. They are obviously knowledgeable and paying attention to details. They seem to always have the lowest price, free shipping, free hazard protection, and a lot of credit cards have cash back rewards for their site that are above their usual cash back rates. (Got 15% back on a $750 order. Not a paid shill btw. I'm just a dude.)

We could not find this tire anywhere else - so we found this company and they had it. We failed to let them know we were tax exempt at the time of ordering and the process to set up an account (even though paying by credit card) has been a bit frustrating. They said they would re-do the sale after we got an account set up - and after setting it up they said they would not go back and re-do it. This will cause us an issue with the insurance company no doubt and we will have to eat that loss. Had I known they would not re-do it I would not have wasted my time setting up an account.
