TicketNetwork has a rating of 3.2 stars from 2,320 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with TicketNetwork most frequently mention great time, purchase tickets and last night. TicketNetwork ranks 8th among Tickets sites.
Bought tickets for World Series Sept 30. No report of problem with order until Oct 6, when tickets were twice as much (hmmm... how fortunate for them). Called all sorts of customer service folks, FB messaged both company and CEO. They "undertand" that I "feel" there's been some confusion with my order. I did nothing wrong. I pushed the order button, received confirmation through Tiqiq, checked my bbank to make sure transaction was authorized, even sent a message 2 days later to make sure the order was okay... no answer.
Easy fix to get me similar tickets. They chose not to do so.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I had reps giving me contradictory information. Argh.
Great website if you like horrible cancellation policies and unwillingness to show flexibility to customers. Will never use them again.
Hello Anthony! Thank you for your comments! We do indeed have an "all sales our final" policy on our website. This policy is standard across the ticketing industry. The reason for this is because tickets are time-sensitive items with a strict limit on their value. Once the event passes, the tickets lose all their worth. As a result, when you return tickets, the ticket seller is taking a chance, because they may not be able to resell the tickets again prior to the event. It's also true that pricing in the secondary ticket market is dynamic - ie: always rising and falling. This means that, should you return your tickets, your seller may not be able to sell them again for the same price you paid. Both these factors combine to make ticket return very risky for sellers - and, if the business were risky for them, they wouldn't be selling tickets and providing you access to great events. We do, though, offer various avenues for customers in a bind: First, you can choose to purchase event insurance for your order to cover you in case of certain medical, weather, employment, and military-related emergencies. Second, you could see if your ticket seller would be able to exchange tickets for another event. Third, you could resell your tickets via our consumer resale website. Fourth, you can contact us and we'd happily see if we could assist with a discount on a future order. There are definitely options for you, because we certainly want to assist as much as we can!
I've bought many tickets to sporting events and concerts as well. I always seem to check ticketnetwork first. I've gotten a lot of tickets from them and their service and prices are always great! I just went to an NFL football game last Sunday with tickets from Ticketnetwork! Thanks a lot Ticketnetwork!
SCAM ALERT: Bait and Switch. They advertised that the tickets to be different from the e-delivery tickets. When I received the tickets, they were the e-tickets printed out and mailed to me. Watch out, this company performs bait and switch. False advertisement.
Hello Mike! We're sorry for your unhappiness! It sounds like you ordered tickets where the ticket seller mentioned FedEx as the available method of delivery. This does not guarantee that the tickets concerned are “hard tickets” (ie: tickets printed on cardstock). Some ticket sellers prefer to print out e-tickets and ship them to customers rather than use our e-ticket download system. This may be because the ticket seller only received the tickets in printed-out format from their own supplier or because they may not want to supply a file that could be printed again and again and oversold to other people. The individual logic depends on what the seller is comfortable with. We do nevertheless encourage and incentivize sellers to use our e-ticket download system whenever possible – which the vast majority of sellers do. Your seller, however, shipped e-tickets instead and never promised they would provide hard tickets at any point in the order process. We’re very sorry for the confusion, but we are unable to fault the seller for any assumptions you may have made when you ordered.
Horrible. Ordered tickets that never dame before or after the game we ordered them for. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE PEOPLE. If possible, I would give them NO stars.
Hello Susan! We do apologize for any trouble with your order. We have very limited information in regards to what happened. Please reach out to our manager Maxine at maxine.davis@ticketnetwork.com. We have a 125% guarantee for all ticket orders that are accepted by their ticket seller. It could be that you placed an order and the seller had to reject it because the tickets had recently sold to someone else. When your order is accepted, our guarantee is in effect and we take any deviations from that very seriously. We also have a rating system that regularly reviews sellers and penalizes them for any lack of service. We do this in order to ensure you the best possible experience when you order through us.
They are a SCAMMM! I wish I had seen the reviews before! Please make sure even when you buy on other sites that they are not using Ticket Network as the actual seller of the tickets. SeatGeek did not verify their seller and they let Ticket Network sell me two INVALID $150 tickets to an NFL game where I tailgated all day, had a great time, then was ready to enjoy the game and was TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR! I had fake field level seats and because I still wanted to get in, I spend another $300 to sit a level higher up! No field level seats for me! And I missed 5 minutes of the game after being there 5 hours early due to the extra time at the box office when my tickets turned out to be FAKE! This business needs to be taken down!
Hello Lisa! Thank you for your comments. We're very, very sorry for any trouble you experienced. The tickets on our website are not supplied by us directly but by independent, professional ticket-selling companies throughout the US and Canada. It is extremely unlikely that there would ever be any problems with tickets. We rate and rank all sellers who list tickets through us to ensure the very best service and we also have a 125% guarantee in place to protect customers from ticketing problems. We don't know the specifics of your case – but, if you reported it to us directly, we would have provided instructions for you and connected with your seller on the issue.
Anyone on this review site who says they are great obviously works for the company. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase tickets from them. It is a total RIP OFF! Their website comes up first on Google and it is designed to look like other "legitimate" ticket selling websites. They are money grubbers through and through, looking for their next unsuspecting victim. Put them out of business... spread the word and do not purchase tickets from them. In short, I purchased two tickets to 5 Seconds of Summer. I was NOT told the prices listed were in US dollars. I was NOT told that it could take up to one year to receive the tickets. I was NOT told that I would be charged a "service fee" for each ticket! $36 per ticket for what service exactly? I phoned them! It is such a shame I spent a total of $429 on two tickets worth $79.00 each if that doesn't put it into perspective for you. I called them to get my money back and gee, what surprise, all sales final.
I am a mom on maternity leave attempting to spend what little I had to buy tickets as a surprise for my older daughter. It will take you a long while to get over the extreme disappointment buying tickets from them leaves, so do yourself a favour and don't.
Hello SA! We're very sorry for your unhappiness! We at TN are a nationwide network through which professional ticket-selling companies resell tickets to events. We are not affiliated with any venue, team, or performer, nor do we claim to be. We actually state the opposite on our site above every event listing on our exchange (all 80,000+ of them). Our placement in a Google search is also not something we are able to control. Google calculates the placement of websites for internet searches according to their own internal logic. It's true, as well, that every order placed on our website does indeed have a service fee – a standard practice for all ticketing sites. (Some sites fold the service fee into the ticket price, but we prefer to advertise it separately so you know what you're paying and why.) The service fee you were charged pays for website maintenance, customer service (which you utilized by calling in), secure billing (we host the merchant portal through which you are charged), and the software system that allows ticket sellers to resell event tickets online. (The software itself is something that we design, develop, and maintain internally with US-based engineers.) Please note, additionally, that we don't make any of the ticket price on your order. All that money accrues to the actual seller listing the tickets. The service fee therefore pays for the entire operations of our system.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I spent $2500 for tickets to an NFL game on this website. They were not listed as indoor seats but when they arrived they said indoors on the tickets and I found they were, in fact, inside. This was not what I wanted. I looked elsewhere on the internet and every other website I found listed them properly. When I called to try to exchange or refund or resell they refused to be of any help and were incredibly dismissive. I understand that this was at least partly my fault but it was the way I was treated that leads me to post this negative review. After 3 phone calls and 45 minutes on hold they expressed zero interest in helping me and denied any culpability for the situation what-so-ever. It was an unbelievably frustrating experience from a customer service perspective.
Hello Kent! Thanks so much for your message! We don't have your specific order information - but, basically, when you buy tickets on our website, we can promise you’ll receive what the seller advertises on the ticket listing itself. If a seller advertises, for instance, Section 140, Row 3, we can promise you'll get tickets in 140, Row 3 unless you specifically request/agree otherwise. We cannot promise that a given set of tickets will be indoors or out of doors unless the seller notes that on the listing and chooses to supply that information. It sounds, in this case, that you did receive the tickets you ordered, but that you were unhappy with some of their specific characteristics. If the indoor/outdoor issue had been a concern for you, please know you could have contacted us prior to ordering and we would have done our best to get an answer for you - or, at the very least, reiterate that a concrete guarantee cannot be made one way or the other. We want all our customers to have the very best of event experiences and we are always here to help as much as we are able – but we are not able to force sellers to cancel ticket orders for violating a promise that they never made.
Consumers should stay away from this vendor. I purchased Jack Johnson tickets in April, for a concert in August. Three days before the concert, still hadn't received tickets and was on the phone dealing with their Call Center. TicketNetwork is a broker - they could leave a voicemail for the company who actually had the tickets - but not much else. Ultimately got the tickets but too much stress and wasted energy. I will never purchase through them again,
Didn't purchase tickets due to all the bad reviews and decided to call first. Woman on the other line was very rude and hung up on me when I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and wouldn't give her my payment information. I was wary of the bad reviews thinking they were flukes but I'm glad I looked further into this before I purchased. It may be a legitimate site but I am not risking my money on that kind of customer service and based on the other reviews. Sorry!
Great deal! I will definitely be back! No negative concerns! Your seats were excellent, plus the VIP inclusion was super valuable. I also found out others with regular seats paid much more than I did for box seats! Thanks for a great deal!
This site is outrageous. They charged me a $64 service fee for a ticket to Book of Mormon that I was purchasing for my niece. The total for a rear mezz seat was $406. On TheaterMania it was $229. TOTAL RIP OFF!
I purchased a VIP ticket to Monumentor: Paramore and Fallout boy, and the show was AMAZING. I am so glad I bought tickets from TicketNetwork because I looked at so many other websites I could have bought from but they were either sold out or much more expensive. With my ticket from TicketNetwork got me so close that I was on the fence having the time of my life. It was my first time to see Paramore and they are my absolute favorite band. It was such an awesome experience and it was all possible by getting my ticket with TicketNetwork. I also had an issue not being available at home to sign for my ticket during delivery so I called there customer service line and they got me where I needed to be to be able to pick up my ticket. They are also refunding my shipping since I went and picked up the ticket from my FedEx location. Which I wasn't expecting them to do so it was a very nice surprise. Very Very Satisfied with my purchase and the people who work with TicketNetwork, I highly recommend anyone to buy any future concert tickets here!
We purchased tickets for One Direction in Boston and everything was great. The seats were terrific and not that expensive. We had our tickets in our hand within 3 days of purchase. I highly recommend Ticket Network.
These people need to be reported! They completely sold my son a Ticket for Katie Perry that was non existent. They claimed to have purchased the ticket from Ticketmaster. The ticket cost 190$. This site has horrible reviews about ripping people off. So I guess it's time to shut em down... Better Business Bureau and FBI as it's a legal business can be notified
This site is an absolute tragedy VERY horrible customer service. I spoke to Patrick AND William Both of which where extremely rude especially Patrick who would not answer my questions and mocked me when I told him he was rude. They told me I shouldn't be playing with the phone and that I shouldn't by these tickets. William just hung up once I was connected. Once I started asking about how they get there prices so low the changed the topic to try to sell me computer software and got mad that I was getting off topic. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
BEWARE
All the 1-star reviews made us nervous, but the 3.5-star average convinced us to go ahead and try it. Placed the order, and immediately got an email confirmation from InSeats.com (?) which stated the seats were -- surprise! -- obstructed view. Immediately called InSeats to cancel and get a refund, and was told sorry, your tickets were already printed, but you should try selling your tickets on StubHub. Yeah, next time I'll just BUY them on StubHub.
My first TicketNetwork ticket purchase was to a Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, and Tyler Farr concert. They had great prices, the process was painless, and I had my tickets w/in a couple of days. I'll definitely be back!
Total scam artists! Visiting the USA from Australia, booked 4 tickets to a Broadway Show at $104.00 per ticket plus booking fee. When I picked the tickets up from the theatre they were $37.00 tickets with "partial view"! There was a huge bloody pole obscuring most of the stage. Don't use this booking agency, they're crooks and fraudulent. Luckily my credit card company here in Australia are looking to compensate me for this cost. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Website was very easy to search through. Searching for the tickets was extremely easy to find the seats that I wanted. It provided a map and detailed information about the stadium. I felt that they took extreme care for protecting my identity and ensuring that I had entered the correct email to receive my tickets. I am hoping to use this site again for the Jay Z concert.

Answer: Hi Tina! We at TicketNetwork are a nationwide network through which independent, professional ticket-selling companies resell tickets to popular sporting, concert, and theater events throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond. We don't actually own, price, or ship the tickets you see listed for sale on our website. All that responsibility is in the hands of the individual sellers who list tickets on our exchange. The tickets listed on our site are guaranteed to be legitimate and valid for use as well. We can promise this because we deal primarily with professional ticket-selling companies that have a track record of successfully filling orders. We also have a 125% guarantee on all ticket orders which can read more about on our website. Added to that, I should furthermore mention that we at TicketNetwork have our own incentives structure in place to penalize sellers for wrongdoing. Just give us a call at 1-888-456-8499 or email us at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com and we can look into this for you.
Answer: Hello Angie! Thank you for your question. I'm very sorry to hear about the delivery delay associated with your ticket order through us. I’m afraid that event tickets often aren't distributed (or even printed) by venues or primary ticketing sources until within weeks of their event. Those tickets then have to make their way to another party (the seller) – or sometimes have to be channeled to the seller through another supplier - before reaching you. So, as a result, there’s an occasional chance the tickets you purchase cannot ship out immediately. Please know, though, that delayed delivery is inherently not indicative of problems with your purchase. Nonetheless, we would love to take a look into your order and provide you with any updates we might have. Could you please email us at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com with your order ID number so that we can take a look into your order? I look forward to your email!
Answer: Hello Brett, It would be best for you to call us about this concern. There are many reason why you might not see an email, where one being that it was entered incorrectly. Therefore, by calling us we can check all your information and see if we can locate your purchase. You could also check who charged you and contact them based on the 10 digit code after their business name. That company would be your merchant on record and responsible for the transaction.
Answer: Hello Cardinal, We are attempting to reach out to you via your review to obtain more details from you in regards to your order. The concern you have could be linked to a venue not selling enough tickets for an event and closing an area of the venue. Any tickets sold in the closed area would get upgraded to one of the open areas by the venue. This would happen normally on the day of the event. If the venue provides new tickets to their clients, then these tickets would be forward along to the end user of the tickets.

Hello Monique! We're sorry for the confusion with your order. The trouble with your order was that our merchant processor could not verify any of the billing information you entered and could not charge the credit card you submitted. Due to that fact and the fact that certain other information didn't match up on your order - location of billing address, location of event, billing vs. shipping address - your order was rejected by the seller. (The seller could not keep your order on hold indefinitely, especially for such a high profile event, without missing crucial sales opportunities with other shoppers.) We have a strict anti-fraud system in place to protect the information of consumers and, if our system detects something potentially wrong with a purchase, we stop the order in order to prevent the erroneous charging of an innocent person’s card. This is not intended to be annoying, but rather to protect shoppers in an internet age, where, as we've all seen with Target and Home Depot, information must be securely guarded. There was never actually a charge placed on your card. We subsequently attempted to assist you with new tickets – but, to do so, we needed you to confirm your identity and prove that you are the owner of the credit card. It would appear you never supplied the additional information, which meant we were unable to assist further, as we would have liked to do.
