The game was great and the seats was on the first base side. We had a good time and we will go again.
We had a great time even though it rained. Luckily the seats we had were underneath the overhang so we did not get as wet as everyone else.
We spent an incredible night. As expected, the show went above and beyond what we ever seen. The art works, the costumes, the lights, the dancers were outstanding and blew our minds.
But, two things were kind of annoying:
1. The concert started late... so we had to leave by the end of the show to be able to catch the last metro.
2. I am kind of sick Of the use of christian references and icons. I am not christian myself, but I believe that many of Madonna's fan are, and can feel offended.
Thank you.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert last night. The venue was a perfect place. ACDC did not disappoint. We sang our hearts out last night. What a memorable evening
Absolute great time, speedy delivery of tickets and good seats! Will definetly use ticket network again. Very pleased
I always buy my tickets on ticket network, better than official sites, cheaper, yes, it's great!
This place is horrible I tried ordering tickets and typed address in wrong so they put a hold on my card now it's a pain in the butt trying to get the money back
My daughter ordered tickets for One Direction and never received the tickets. Now no one is willing to help us. We keep getting the run around. We're out over $400.00
TicketNetwork is a complete rip off. I bought tickets from them with a total price being displayed. I checked my credit card statement a few days later and what would you know, there was a second charge for an additional $49. After doing some checking it was for sales tax which it doesn't say anything about except in the 10 pages of small print in their terms and conditions. I would have never bought tickets from them had I known that. I actually could have bought much better seats for cheaper price elsewhere. TicketNetwork offered a $50 credit towards a future purchase, well I will NEVER purchase anything from them again so the credit is worthless. All of their reviews are one star after another, not surprising considering how they handled my situation.
I spent $400 on an anniversary present for my husband, paid more for ACTUAL tickets and then received E-Tickets that were printed out and express mailed (which I also paid for) to me! When I called to get the actual tickets I was told that they have NO CONTROL over their tickets... worst purchase ever- AND they would not exchange or refund... STAY AWAY
A month ago I purchased over $700 in tickets for a concert this past weekend. When we got to the gate we were told our tickets scanned REFUNDED. This was very embarrassing to say the least. When we called customer service they asked for a written document on letter head from the box office that our tickets were VOID. That's Ticketnetwork's policy in order to get a refund. The only problem with that is THAT'S NOT THE BOX OFFICE'S POLICY! It's not their problem that ticketnetwork.com sold us bogus tickets. Their job is to not let people in with FAKE tickets. This website is a scam and I will never use them again...
They charge exorbitant prices for tickets and then when you show up you are told they are counterfeit tickets. They are refusing to refund our money.
AVOID this company at all costs. We paid $40 more than the asking price because we thought it would be good to have Fed Ex delivery…. Well so much for that. They sent the tickets so late and in the cheapest FedEx saver service so the tickets were due to arrive AFTER the concert began. When I called TicketNetwrok, they told me - that's a FedEx problem, it's not our problem. Forget about their 125% customer satisfaction guarantee - it doesn't exist. They did not care for one second and actually got argumentative with me when I further questioned why my tickets never arrived. In the end, I had to drive one hour to the FedEx center and pick them up myself. Nothing to do with this company ever again!
UPDATE: To let everyone know, I did receive a $40 discount via check, this is true…. BUT I had to threaten to report this company to the FTC for internet fraud before they agreed to give me the refund, and it was me who suggested this amount because this company charged $40 more than the other 2 tickets that I bought directly from the venue (same seating). I felt that it was only fair that they give the difference; however their initial suggestion was to give me a discount on my next sale. Yeah right, as if I would ever buy from them again! Be warned, and good luck!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE! Bought Van Halen tickets which they charged me twice for and come to find out the face value was $59/ticket and they charged me $370 for 2! That's a 300+% mark up! I called to get it straightened out and they were kind enough to offer me a 15% discount on future purchase... really? So I'm going to pay 300% or more to get a 15% discount? Riiiiight... They don't let you talk with a manager and tell you it's in "Terms and Conditions" which are in the smallest print and they market themselves as the "Official ticket" website. You don't know it's a mark up of 300% though, ever! I am accustom to the several fees that are normally added to a concert ticket so I agreed thinking it was those, but this is just bananas! This is NOT the official website and these creeps wipe out an event at face value and then charge us poor souls who are going for the talent and the right reasons this kind of mark up. This is straight up robbery! SHAME ON YOU TICKETNETWORK.COM! I will post this review everywhere in hopes that someone who can help will audit these creeps or BBB will go in and stop this madness.
Hello Monique! We're sorry for your unhappiness with the tickets! The tickets on our website are actually owned and advertised by hundreds of professional ticket-selling companies throughout the United States and Canada. We at TN don't actually own, price, or ship tickets ourselves, nor do we directly engage with ticket inventory. We instead provide a secure platform through which sellers can post tickets for sale and buyers can choose whether they want to buy the tickets. The sellers - as with EBay, for instance - have freedom to price tickets however they so desire based on the market rate for tickets. (We mention this fact above all event listings on our website - all 80,000+ of them - so that customers understand our pricing structure.) Many things can impact how sellers choose to price tickets, with the most frequent being the popularity of the event and the scarcity of other ticketing options. It's generally true that event promoters don't typically list all available tickets for sale on the open market for a given event, but only a portion of tickets. Many other tickets are distributed to fan clubs, industry insiders, family members associated with the team/artist, and other connected channels. This means that, oftentimes, you can only find great tickets to great events on the secondary ticket market, especially if you are buying tickets closer to the date of the event. As a rule, if it helps, you would want to check venues as well for tickets to get an idea of all available options prior to a purchase. Typically, though, the venue may be sold out and the best place to get tickets will be on sites like ours.
First of all, I have never complained about an online purchase in my life, but this was the worst experience that I have ever had concerning my concert tickets purchased online. I truly believe what your company represented in the sale of these tickets was fraud and was illegal. The tickets we purchased for the Golden Boys Concert arrived timely and we thought everything was on the up and up. The tickets stated that they were located in the balcony section, row GA1, and were seats 3 and 4. When we arrived at the arena the ushers told us that these were general admission seats and we would have to find one of the barstools to sit on and they were on a first come, first serve basis. We arrived 20 minutes before the start of the concert and there were absolutely no seats(barstools) available! Approximately 10 to 15 other people were just like us and had no seats even though their tickets listed specific seat numbers. This was atrocious! Some of these other people were in their late 70's and could not stand for any period of time much less over 2 hours! Your company is a complete sham and I am going to contact the State Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau regarding this. When your tickets say seats 3 and 4 it is understood that you have seats designated for you! No where in the fine print did it say that this seating was on a first come, first serve basis and that you would have the possibility of having to stand for the entire concert. I plan on posting my experience on all websites that I can find so as to warn others about your company! Do not put seat numbers 3 and 4 on the tickets if you are not providing seats!
Hello Glenn! We're sorry for the confusion with your order! It would be much appreciated if you would private message us with your Order ID or email it to customerservice@ticketnetwork.com since we don't have your direct information. From the description you provided, however, it seems you were not aware of what you were purchasing. You mention you purchased tickets in Balcony, Row GA1. The acronym "GA" stands for "General Admission." The term “General Admission” means that the tickets concerned aren't guaranteeing you access to a specific seat at the venue (ie: Balcony, Row E, seats 1 and 2) but only to a specific area (ie: the "Balcony" section). You would access the area on a first-come, first-serve basis. It wasn't even guaranteed that you'd be able to get a seat, per se. Please note, too, that we don't advertise seat numbers on ticket listings because we aren't direct owners of tickets. You would have received the seat numbers only after receiving the tickets, so that issue of confusion wouldn't have impacted your purchase decision. Many venues put artificial seat numbers on General Admission tickets for the sole purpose of counting the number of tickets they provide to users so as not to exceed fire regulations. We don't have anything to do with whether seat numbers appear on the tickets, as we don't print the tickets - the venue does. We're certainly sorry for the confusion, but it seems that, when you ordered, you did not understand the nature of General Admission tickets. Please do reach out to us via email or private message, though, and we'd be happy to consider offering some compensation on a future order!
Ordered tickets to a Red Sox game. Tickets we got are NOT as described. I called customer service as soon as I got them and explained this is not what the description said. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called on 4 different occasions trying to reason with them and was basically told too bad. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I am now stuck with 2 ADA seats and we are not handicapped. I asked them how they can sell ADA seats that are not what was described and have a clear conscious knowing that they sold them to people that are not handicapped? They told us don't worry about it... they will give you a folding chair to sit in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I even called the stadium and no one can help me change my seats so I will be sitting there (UGH). I can't have a clear conscious knowing I am sitting in ADA seating when I am not handicapped, so I am prepared to apologize to everyone and gladly explain how we got ripped off by ticketnetwork. These people are off their rockers! This is the first and the last time I will ever use them! I read the reviews before I ordered and wish I would have listened. Good lesson learned:-(
Hello Heidi! We're sorry to hear about your unhappiness! I'm afraid I can't find any information about your order using your first name and last initial. Please email our manager Maxine at maxine.davis@ticketnetwork.com with your 8-digit Order ID so she can check into the situation further. If it helps, though, I will say that any ticket seller listing tickets for sale on our site would have to disclose on the listing if they are selling ADA seating. It is nevertheless true that non-handicapped patrons are able to sit in ADA areas, because venues are allowed to release ADA seating to non-handicapped customers when a certain percentage of their other seats are sold out. Your ticket seller, however, would have to disclose the fact that the tickets were ADA ahead of time - and I'm afraid, without further details regarding your order, we are unable to check and see if this is the case for you. Please do reach out to Maxine and we will be in touch!
So I had procrastinated buying tickets to the Lady Gaga & Tony Bennet Concert for a while so the only place that had tickets was this website. Me being desperate, I bought tickets. The were $130 total for a seat. I thought this was okay because that was the regular price for where I was supposed to be sitting. I bought tickets on saturday and the concert was on tuesday. I was concerned about not getting the tickets soon enough so I sent them a few emails. They never really gave me a full answer until monday. They told me my tickets would be at my house at 12 the day of the show. 12 hits and they aren't there. 12:30 hits and they aren't there. An hour later (when I had to leave) They weren't there. I panicked and I just printed out my receipt. When I got to the venue I went straight to the box office. I told them what happened and asked if I could still get in. They looked at the receipt, laughed, and told me that they were not even real seats and that I was sold fake tickets. The told me to call the guy that I bought tickets from and ask him where the tickets are. I did. The guy said a few words and told me he call me back and then never called me back. Luckily the venue had an extra lawn ticket for $30. I now am trying to have my debit card company cancel the charges. But I don't if that will happen. I also canceled my card because I don't trust him with my card info. The whole experience sucked. Never using it again.
Hello Dylan! We're very sorry for the trouble! It seems that the issue in your case had to do with FedEx rather than with the seller of your ticket order. The seller shipped the tickets to you overnight and they were scheduled to arrive in time for the event. It appears, though, that FedEx misdirected the package and it ended up in Connecticut. We tried to work with FedEx, but they had limited options available to them. I'm afraid, too, that printing out one of our order receipts would not get you access to the venue. The venue would have required actual tickets with bar codes, especially because you purchased through a third-party seller. The tickets you ordered were completely valid; it's just that the venue couldn't accept your receipt. Any information to the contrary from the venue must have been a misunderstanding. (Venues have contracts with other ticket providers and are contractually obliged to steer you away from any site other than those of their partner/s. This, however, does not mean that tickets from other sites are invalid, since your tickets would have been initially accessed from the venue to begin with.) The last we left it with you, we would investigate further on our end - and, in fact, we recently reached back out to you. Please respond to that email and we will continue to work with you in this situation.
They assured me I would get my tickets paid for or returned and never did. Blamed me for the entire problem, and were not willing to stand by the word of there customer service agents. DO NOT USE as a SELLER!
Hello Jeannifer! Thank you for your review! You actually sold tickets through our consumer seller program as opposed to buying tickets. We mainly work with professional ticket-selling companies, but do have a program that allows consumers to resell tickets, as well. In your case, you sold tickets for an event in Las Vegas and accidentally provided the wrong tickets to the buyer. The buyer noticed the mistake only a few days before the event, so we worked with you to make sure the buyer received the correct tickets. We then connected with the buyer to have her ship back the wrong tickets you sent (the event had already passed, so it was not upcoming) but the buyer has not been responsive to us since then. We have tried to re-connect with her, but have not been successful and must confess that the buyer may have thrown your tickets away, thinking them irrelevant, since the event had already passed. We're very sorry for the trouble, but, in light of the fact that the erroneous shipment was your initial error, we cannot hold the buyer accountable for the situation.
I have wrote a previous post about my experience with TicketNetwork. Since that post, I have sent documentation about my circumstances to my credit card company, the Connecticut Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. In my research, I found that TicketNetwork was cited by the Better Business Bureau for excessive consumer complaints. That said, I do not have much faith that anything will be or can be done to this business. However, as consumers we have a choice and I highly suggest choosing another ticket provider. And, if you have also had a bad experience with TicketNetwork, I hope you will let others know so they will not be treated badly as numerous people have been already. TicketNetwork's business practices are shameful.
Hello Mary! We're very sorry for your unhappiness! We did reach out to you about this order privately. Unfortunately, it appears that you did order tickets marked with a section of "Balcony" and a row marked as being "D." There is no indication that Mezzanine tickets were ordered, which would have been indicated explicitly on the ticket listing. It's also true that pricing for tickets on our site is set by the individual companies listing tickets for sale, not by us, since we don't directly own tickets. Prices therefore go up and down based on a seller's concept of how much their tickets are worth. This means there is no standard "balcony pricing" or "mezzanine pricing" for tickets. Sellers price tickets however they so desire and buyers can choose to accept the price or move on to another ticket listings. I'm afraid we cannot force a ticket seller to provide you different tickets from those you ordered if you are unhappy with the seating you purchased and the seller did provide tickets that fit the ticketing advertisement. We offered, however, to assist with a nice discount on a future order.
Ordered from this site in particular because they offered FLOOR tickets which I paid twice as much for because they were "floor" tickets. I found out later that the venue is general admission only. Called customer service and the "manager" was very condescending and offered me no explaination and no discount. I would never use this site or this company again. AXS.com sells tickets for face value with no lies or gimmicks.

Answer: Hi Tina! We at TicketNetwork are a nationwide network through which independent, professional ticket-selling companies resell tickets to popular sporting, concert, and theater events throughout the United States, Canada, and beyond. We don't actually own, price, or ship the tickets you see listed for sale on our website. All that responsibility is in the hands of the individual sellers who list tickets on our exchange. The tickets listed on our site are guaranteed to be legitimate and valid for use as well. We can promise this because we deal primarily with professional ticket-selling companies that have a track record of successfully filling orders. We also have a 125% guarantee on all ticket orders which can read more about on our website. Added to that, I should furthermore mention that we at TicketNetwork have our own incentives structure in place to penalize sellers for wrongdoing. With the seat location concerns, we can gladly offer you suggestions on what would be better for seating at the event. Just give us a call at 1-888-456-8499 or email us at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com and we can look into this for you.
Answer: Hello Angie! Thank you for your question. I'm very sorry to hear about the delivery delay associated with your ticket order through us. I’m afraid that event tickets often aren't distributed (or even printed) by venues or primary ticketing sources until within weeks of their event. Those tickets then have to make their way to another party (the seller) – or sometimes have to be channeled to the seller through another supplier - before reaching you. So, as a result, there’s an occasional chance the tickets you purchase cannot ship out immediately. Please know, though, that delayed delivery is inherently not indicative of problems with your purchase. Nonetheless, we would love to take a look into your order and provide you with any updates we might have. Could you please email us at customerservice@ticketnetwork.com with your order ID number so that we can take a look into your order? I look forward to your email!
Answer: Hello Brett, It would be best for you to call us about this concern. There are many reason why you might not see an email, where one being that it was entered incorrectly. Therefore, by calling us we can check all your information and see if we can locate your purchase. You could also check who charged you and contact them based on the 10 digit code after their business name. That company would be your merchant on record and responsible for the transaction.
Answer: Hello Cardinal, We are attempting to reach out to you via your review to obtain more details from you in regards to your order. The concern you have could be linked to a venue not selling enough tickets for an event and closing an area of the venue. Any tickets sold in the closed area would get upgraded to one of the open areas by the venue. This would happen normally on the day of the event. If the venue provides new tickets to their clients, then these tickets would be forward along to the end user of the tickets.

Hello Jane! Thanks for your comments! It looks like this issue is actually all set and that you were able to access the tickets prior to the event. We certainly guarantee that all ticket orders are delivered before the date of the event itself. The seller would be responsible if the package did not arrive prior to the start time of the event due to shipping negligence on their part. I'm sorry to hear that any communication you had with us ever indicated otherwise. We definitely hold sellers accountable for their shipments. We also refunded you $40 in light of the confusions and concern you experienced with your order. The refund will be sent to you via check. Please do let us know when you receive the check so we know that you're all set.
