This was the best concert I have ever been too! The venue was great, the crowd was pleasant, and Shania Twain was unbelievable! Plus, everything was clean and easy to access. Absolutely incredible performance and an amazing night!
Bad experience. We were not able to enter the stadium because tickets (e-tickets) were not valid because made payable to another person and not issued by the Yankees. We will ask for repayment of money lost.
What an amazing concert! Madonna puts on an artistic concert that is a perfect blend of old and new songs. It was worth it and I am so glad to have seen her live! Would definitely recommend it and do it all again.

So impressed! Loved the opening acts... will be purchasing some Vance Joy music. Taylor Swift is not only talented, she is smart, sensitive, beautiful and a terrific role model for young people. She ensured EVERYONE could take part in the light show, by providing light up bracelets, ( not everyone, especially kids, even teen kids, has a cell phone), she filled musical gaps with videos containing positive messages, and gives it her all in a beautiful, unaltered, aka no tattoos, altered hair, piercings etc etc in a love me as I am presentation... perfect. Cuts the hype and delivers! I brought my three grown daughters, a thirteen year old granddaughter and a friend of hers. We were in the nosebleed section, 500 level seats, cost me over $600.00, took two hours to get there and two hours home, but so worth it. Thank you Taylor Swift, Vance Joy And Shawn Mendez for your heartfelt, dynamic and totally awesome performances.

The show was great along with the staff. We had a wonderful time but the parking lot is absolutely ridiculous! With all the money coming in from this venu I would think you would have attendees directing traffic after the shows! Especially in a mall with a movie theater right there! This is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed!
Due to the terrible weather we never made it to the game. It is just our luck to pick a game that rain flooded most of the state.
Excellent show. The only concern I have is that until I received my e ticket I did not have an assigned seat. I have never purchased an expensive ticket without knowing where I was sitting. I will not do that again. Specificity is imperative. I'm glad it worked out positively in this case

This is our first experience going to Paul Brandt etc concert. At our ages of 76 and 80 we had a marvelous time. With out a doubt we would try to go again particularly if it was held in a smaller concert hall. Where the sound was not quite so loud. When It may not drown out the weaker voices.

The concert was cancelled due to rain. This was no fault of ticket network. However, we were not notified by you all indicating the event was cancelled, whereas other competitors sent emails notifying buyers of the cancellation.
The musical itself, Phantom of the Opera musical in San Francisco was everything I thought it would be and more. I did NOT like the seats and they weren't even seats - they were stupid CHAIRS in area for the handicap. And your mark up for $40 seats were ridiculous. I did appreciate the customer rep's communication efforts during the transaction - the only good thing about this site.
I misplaced tickets I had purchased for my husband to attend the Broncos/Detroit Lions game in Detroit. I contacted TicketNet and they went out of their way to have theses tickets reprinted - as far as contacting the original ticket holder. SO HAPPY!
I printed the downloaded document that was emailed to me but when I went to the concert, I was informed that I did not have the appropriate document.
The security guard was nice enough to try and locate the needed info but eventually she just let me in. She could not locate the needed info either. Unfortunately I was over an hour late so she just let me enter since she could see the email regarding my purchase.
BTW - the songs I DID here were wonderful!
