Our seats were actually in what people call the "nose bleed" section. Two rows from the very top. Plus, we way over paid for our two children's tickets...$40 each instead of the $10 each that was being publicized on TV. I learned about the $10 purchase price after my purchase with your company. My grandson and I both spoke with your management and was refused a refund. So we actually overpaid $60 for their tickets. Very disappointing and really upsetting. So!, would I be a repeat customer of yours, I am sorry, but how could I ever be?

We had to wait too long outside and it was past the 7pm doors open time. More like 7:25pm. There were no chairs to sit down and we waited another 40 minutes standing, standing, standing. The time in between acts was way too long. At least 45 minutes. Standing, standing, standing. Owl City was great when we actually got to hear them, but it was long in coming. Won't come back to that venue again because of the lack of no seating. Standing room only changed to only standing room and we didn't like it and didn't feel like we got the service we paid for. I know this is negative and we are very positive people, but you beat this out of us by making us stand for two and half hours. Not good. We were just short of asking for our money back due to extreme circumstances. Could only stand for four songs of Owl City. The venue made it a waste of our precious cash.
This past Sunday, October 4, my brother and I saw the season ending game between the New York Mets and the Washington Nationals. Despite the fact neither team had anything to play for, it was a tense nail-biting affair. Fortunately for the Mets, Curtis Granderson homered in the last of the eighth to give the New Yorkers a 1-0 win. Now it's time for the postseason! Let's go Mets!
It was very efficient; however, you can imagine my shock when I saw the actual price of the ticket--half of what your agency charged me. Upon checking with several of those who are in the know about this sort of thing, your practice of charging roughly twice the actual cost of a ticket--which is printed on the ticket--is the industry standard.
Bought and paid over $900 for tickets to NY show. We live in phx so they said to have tix delivered to our hotel. They delivered sooo early we weren't even there yet so they got returned. Call them and they said sorry we will have them at will call. We get to the box office no tickets. Email with confirm # did not work. Spoke to numerous people there... on hold forever no straight answers. Luckily box office guy got us in. Will never use this company again. Buyers please beware! Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more for reputable ticket brokers like ticket lobster or tickets unlimited.

Easy entrance. Had access to the Midway Club. Outstanding customer service. Mislead by "first come, first serve". I assumed that meant bleacher seating but the ticket was separate from purchasing GA midway club ticket. Other than that, had a good time.
The concert itself was totally awesome, glad I purchased tickets. Well worth the cost. Location of seats were good, but the chairs were a little too small.
We had an awesome view of the game. The guy in front of us was kind of annoying but that's not something anyone can control. Overall great experience! Would recommend.
Purchased my tickets at a great price, although the taxes and fees increased the tickets by over 50%, 2 $13 tickets totalled $40. Got the tickets in about 20 minutes and they were ready to print. Would use this service again.
Seats were nice and the service great but the ticket price is far too high
The show was great as were the seats. I was surprised to see the price on the tickets versus the price that I paid. Seemed like a lot of profit margin. However, my wife had a great time - guess that is what counts.
