I made the mistake of clicking into this site instead of using Wolftrap's website. Tickets are marked up, and sold for higher price. No refunds or credits are available so be careful.

The concert was amazing, however, I was not sent the tickets until the morning of the concert and, despite, calling the support staff numerous times, I was certain that it was a scam and that I would have to buy other tickets from another source. You can't believe the angst and worry that I underwent with a friend--we traveled 2 1/2 hours away from our home never knowing if we were going to get the tickets. Then we had no where to print them--the Pinnacle Arena staff told me that they could have scanned them on our phone, however, your staff told me that they would have to be printed. Each staff that I talked to was polite and helpful, however, when we traveled 21/2 hours and had hotel reservations and didn't know if we would get the tickets, it's not a lot of fun! I ordered these tickets in December of 2016, and didn't get them until May 12th--something is wrong with that, especially since I just ordered Paul McCartney tickets for July from Ticketmaster and I had them in my hands within 10 seconds after I submitted the order. Not only will I never order from Ticket Network every again, I will tell all of my friends to never order from Ticket Network!
The price for our tickets was amazing and buying them was easy easy! We are so stoked to take our littles to se Imagine Dragons with Grouplove and K. Flay!

Getting the tickets was easy. If I had one complaint it would be knowing the seat numbers you are purchasing as well instead of just the row. Other than that I will buy from this site again if needed.

The name listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see. Simply present the tickets as you would if they had your name on them and you will be let in. The only thing that matters on the tickets is the viability of the bar code.

The show was amazing! Fantastic experience. Our seats were GREAT. The agent I spoke with when ordering was very helpful with that. I will think twice about which service to use next time though. The person we carpooled with had tickets in the next section over' pretty much the same as ours if not further back. Not quite as expensive too. She used a different service that mailed her the tickets and they were these nice (almost reflective) plastic tickets. Perfect as a keepsake. All we have are the pieces of paper we printed. Pretty disappointing. Mementos are very important to me.

We purchased 4 tickets to take our grand children and spent at least $900.00. We informed the agent we needed to have 4 tickets together. This was done at least 3 or 4 months ago. We got notified a few days ago the sits had to be split 2 and 2 and they would be behind one other and offered us a VIP upgrade. We wanted our orignal seats. We did not want upgrade

I bought Chance the Rapper Tix for his show in Charlotte (June 8th) to celebrate my 36th Wedding Anniversary. I intended to buy Tix for his show in Atlanta (June 11th). When I tried to exchange the tickets, I was told that they would only exchange the tix if it was their error. If you have the ability to exchange the tix and no money is being lost, then not sure what the problem would be. I now have to sell the tickets myself and buy another set for the correct concert. THIS REALLY SUCKS! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
So far everything is correct as explained by the site. I liked the presentation of the stadium maps making it easy to choose seats. I have to receive the tickets.
