Bodyguard Followup First Rate!

We had been out of town, had been told our tickets would be mailed, but couldn't find them anywhere; TicketNetwork worked tirelessly to get our tickets to us either by email or by mail in time before the event date. I was more than impressed in this day of dealing with many ticket venues at how well they continued to do everything possible to make sure that we had our tickets to get to the show. TicketNetwork is now my NEW go to place to order from when i want to make sure i get to my seats on time, every time! Thank you!

Bad Price

I made the mistake of clicking into this site instead of using Wolftrap's website. Tickets are marked up, and sold for higher price. No refunds or credits are available so be careful.

Faith Hill/Tim McGraw concert

The concert was amazing, however, I was not sent the tickets until the morning of the concert and, despite, calling the support staff numerous times, I was certain that it was a scam and that I would have to buy other tickets from another source. You can't believe the angst and worry that I underwent with a friend--we traveled 2 1/2 hours away from our home never knowing if we were going to get the tickets. Then we had no where to print them--the Pinnacle Arena staff told me that they could have scanned them on our phone, however, your staff told me that they would have to be printed. Each staff that I talked to was polite and helpful, however, when we traveled 21/2 hours and had hotel reservations and didn't know if we would get the tickets, it's not a lot of fun! I ordered these tickets in December of 2016, and didn't get them until May 12th--something is wrong with that, especially since I just ordered Paul McCartney tickets for July from Ticketmaster and I had them in my hands within 10 seconds after I submitted the order. Not only will I never order from Ticket Network every again, I will tell all of my friends to never order from Ticket Network!

Easy process

Getting the tickets was easy. If I had one complaint it would be knowing the seat numbers you are purchasing as well instead of just the row. Other than that I will buy from this site again if needed.

For the tickets' seat details, we don't include the specific seat numbers to prevent people from making fraudulent duplicates of the seats listed on our site. We give that information to shoppers as soon as they've officially purchased the tickets.

Overpriced.

Very disappointed with the Service fees.
I believe they were excessive.
After entering my e-mail address in an effort to see what the site "Ticket network" was about before making my purchase I was directed to another page that took my order by phone. I felt it was a bit sneaky.

Wrong tickets

You sent me someone else's tickets! So call or email myself with instructions for new delivery off correct tickets. I have moved so I need them sent to a different address.

Hello Victor! In regards to your order, we here at TicketNetwork would be a secondary ticket website through which independent ticket sellers resell tickets to events. The name listed on the tickets you've purchased is that of the original purchaser. However, don't worry, because this won't prevent you from going to the event you paid to see. Simply present the tickets as you would if they had your name on them and you will be let in. The only thing that matters on the tickets is the viability of the bar code.

The show was amazing! Fantastic experience. Our seats were GREAT. The agent I spoke with when ordering was very helpful with that. I will think twice about which service to use next time though. The person we carpooled with had tickets in the next section over' pretty much the same as ours if not further back. Not quite as expensive too. She used a different service that mailed her the tickets and they were these nice (almost reflective) plastic tickets. Perfect as a keepsake. All we have are the pieces of paper we printed. Pretty disappointing. Mementos are very important to me.

Disappointing
May 2, 2017

We purchased 4 tickets to take our grand children and spent at least $900.00. We informed the agent we needed to have 4 tickets together. This was done at least 3 or 4 months ago. We got notified a few days ago the sits had to be split 2 and 2 and they would be behind one other and offered us a VIP upgrade. We wanted our orignal seats. We did not want upgrade
Needlessly to say, the split of seats were not behind one another and in the first and second rows which I would never have wanted. Terrible experience. We could not see the show and kids were uncomfortable! Fran katz NYS Court Mediator Sr. Mediator/Sr. Arbitrator

I bought Chance the Rapper Tix for his show in Charlotte (June 8th) to celebrate my 36th Wedding Anniversary. I intended to buy Tix for his show in Atlanta (June 11th). When I tried to exchange the tickets, I was told that they would only exchange the tix if it was their error. If you have the ability to exchange the tix and no money is being lost, then not sure what the problem would be. I now have to sell the tickets myself and buy another set for the correct concert. THIS REALLY SUCKS! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
