I am really happy for having the one spy. It helps me a lot during my office hours. I always know where my kids are and whom they are talking. The best app for all parents like me.

DONT BUY! Dont make the same mistake i did. Trusted them and took 6months subscription. Nothing works as they promised. And the customer guy or girl Milow is useless. Waited for new update for 3months nothing comes. They perform the installation and failed. Asked for refund and still processing for a month. You wont get any service from them and your money going to their pocket. Theres many better app and they work really well. This full of bull$#*!. If you still taking the risk then its up to you! Dont fall for the ADs and their own review!

This app could be great but half of the time it is not loading correctly and the customer service is a joke. They tell you every time just wait and it will work for you what is a straight lie. They have severe Network and Data Base problems and the one guy or girl Millow what is the customer service doesn´t give a dime about the customer. It is never their fault and they only copy and paste the same stupid answers. Since now 9 days the app did not work and the customer service is telling it is an update --- DO NOT BUY you will lose your money

I bought the software the first time but it didn't work. But stubborn me, I bought it again and this time I was very blond with them that I needed to get my money's worth and true to their word I was satisfied with the way customer support worked with me to ensure the software began to upload data on my dashboard. Sound quality hasn't been good but it's been worked on and I am sure it'll be great soon.
It did what it was supposed to for the most part. But it's just not as good as it says. I thought it was giving me everything because it was showing a lot, but when I looked at the phone I saw they where only sending me about 50-60 percent of what was actually there. I saw multiple MULTIPLE searches that I should have seen key logs for but didn't. :( No real point in getting it if it doesn't show you everything its supposed to.
I was hesitant to give it a 5 because 5 mean nothing wrong with it. It's a little difficult to get a hold of costumer service, but once you do, they are a great help. Sometimes software doesn't work, but I would say maybe only 10% of the time. When it works, it is great. Some of the features also don't work all the time. With that said, the price is fair, and although it has its flaws, they are minor and it does so much to please me.
Dear Martin, Thanks for your review, some customers claim for get minimum benifits from our software, because there is much complexation in chinese harware based devices. But you can get maximum output in high brand devices. THANKS.
Milow is the only customer service rep. They'll give you the run around or just ignore your emails. Clearly the good reviews here are fake and written by the crooks themselves or paid for, you won't get your money back and nothing works. DO NOT PURCHASE!
I am an app developer and what they are offering is a complete fraud. If you think you are going to catch your cheating spouse red-handed think again. Maybe this used to work but today there are very stringent and express safeguards that prevents any app from doing this sort of thing (other than rooting a phone) otherwise there would be fraud and mayhem everywhere. This is true of your phone number, your camera and your location as well - all of them are strictly protected and you need the active permission of the person you are spying on (loud and clear so there is no mistaking) before you can share anything. Even if you managed to get an app on the phone while they weren't looking the apps are required to tell you loud and clear that your phone is sharing information. ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE WRITTEN BY PAID TROLLS. If you purchase this then I can only hope that you haven't soiled the gene pool with stupid children.
TheOneSpy is comparatively far better service than other products i have used until now. I was worried about my teenage girl used to spend time on social media. Its social media monitoring features are awesome and i want to recommend other moms with full responsibility.
This app works perfectly and covers so many things, it's unbelievable, it's almost scary. And anybody who feels otherwise Did not install it correctly that's all I can say. There should not be one negative comment about this app because this $#*! works!

Friends, I've been using this app for more than 3 years. Initially it was having issues but was mostly working. As android started improving its OS and the security features, this app became nothing but a headache. Many features wouldn't work, especially on xiaomi devices and because of the inbuilt security application on a xiaomi device, it's all the more difficult to use this app. There are notifications when you try to use the camera or mic. Screenshots and screen recordings never work. Call recordings don't when. VoIP recordings don't work. Customer support is the worst to say the least. They just want to drag the issue, never understand your problem, only want access to your phone through anydesk. They wouldn't even accept taking access through TeamViewer. Ridiculous. I've been requesting, demanding and begging for refund of my money for the last many months but they just say app is updated, it'll work now. But it never works. I've shared pictures and videos of all settings done correctly and how the app isn't functioning in spite of all that. Yet they wouldn't issue a refund. I even explained to them that even after 3-4 years of being their customer they need to understand the situation especially during this corona and process the refund. But they just wouldn't do it. They still insist on dragging the issue. I've reset the activation code as well and the license is idle as it's of no use to me. Still they don't understand.

If you're not convinced please go the amount of communication I've had with your team through one of my registered mail ids - *******@gmail.com. I made the payment for 3 month package@ 5000. 00. After the installation and all settings the App not working. I contacted the technical support regarding my issue, the technical team told me sorry your phone won't support this app.My phone is Mi and android version is 10 we are working for this. I raised a request for refund but they told cannot get refund. Before I Install the sales team of onespy assured me my phone Mi will be support this app. But as per the technical team my phone cannot support this app. Then I raised a request for the refund. But I get a message from the senior sales executive it cannot be refundable. This app only work properly in Samsung phones only as per the executive.So my friends before buy this app make sure your phone comparability.
I purchased and installed this app on 06/11/20. I was able to successfully use it for less than a week. Then it started going down hill. I contacted customer support and got ahold of a Millow. He worked with me a couple of times trying to fix the problem to where I finally decided that I had enough and it wasn't working out. Then I asked for a refund. After many messages saying that I needed to give him access to the target phone, to let him remotely install it, and he will fix it. Countless times I told him no (it seemed to me that he was trying way too hard for my permission to get into the phone) that I just wanted a refund and be done. Eventually, after I told him I would have to take a different approach at getting my money he agreed to give me a refund and that it would be initiated in 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago! I contacted the chat personnel and I asked them about it and all they could say was it had been initiated. I asked when I could expect it and they closed the chat on me! I paid $95.00 for nothing. All they wanted was money and permission to get into a phone so they could get more information and money. DON'T EVEN WASTE UR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Dear, as per your above concerns is refund the money, and reason was is you have not trying to install app on target device after resetting. And according to our resolution we not able to refund you after 90 days. Only refund promise is 14 days. I hope you can understand and trying to oir app. Thanks
