They don't keep their promise. After our meeting with them in their office, they promised to send us voucher for Burj Khalifa but this was not sent. They also promised to send us dinner voucher for two but they only sent dinner voucher for one.I thought the officials forgot, so I sent a reminder. But there was no response until we left Dubai.
Started with not giving the right picture at airport by assuring tour of Ciel. At the office was tossed to nearly 7 representatives trying to pitch their sale too too hard and never had plans to show ciel. The finale was the ultimate, knowing I have to reach somewhere, a new sales person was sent to promote his speciality.
We had a great time staying at the Tryp by Wyndham. The location was convenient and the staff were courteous, friendly and accommodating. The only grouse if any was with the buffet breakfast. It was pretty much the same throughoiut our 12 night stay. It would be nice if you could change some more variety in vegetarian options and the fruit and salads were pretty much the same all through.

However, the Presentation of TFG 100% genuine, property TFG was an ideal spot, especially the tallest hotel tower.

Bad experience, the description of the invitation did not match with what the presentation was like. They promised us an introduction to the hotel, like an event, to get to know the hotel, review their hospitality and consider booking a stay on our next visit. In reality it was a mere sales pitch, just to sell a product, which we were not at all interested in. We did not get 'enjoy' the hotel's facilities.

Excellent...so far but will give the best rating after th3 holiday experience
Clients are given hours to sign to the package even though most clients are tourist and not in Dubai for business. Therefore has not made any financial plsns for such unplanned investments. I was vertually disrespected because I asked for some time to get money for the registration, I was even told they won't let me go unless I register… overall they were nice people.

Had a very nice visit with First Group, everyone very friendly. The major disappointment came when the "two free nights anytime in the next year" we were promised became only 4 months (May through August '24), and though we were told we'd be able to make reservations right away, we can't even login until May 1st. Given that First Group didn't keep their word I cannot recommend them.

I attended a presentation at TFG showroom in Dubai.
They made a lot of claims based on their previous projects and it was quite amazing.
Now that I have read the comments here, I will definitely not invest with them.
I didn't see a single review from a happy owner. Research them before being duped, there are other sites as well highlighting their devious ways.

It was a very pressured, seedy, no transparency and totally a dodgy, frustrating experience. Without being transparent they only approached the time sharing arrangement after 2 hours and once I asked for to do my own due diligence, they were no longer pleasant and were rather evasive on more questions. Tourist, please don't go for any of the invitations.
