Does not live up to its name. False advertising. Still don't have the items I need for my class starting Monday. Says it may not be here for another week or more.

I ordered the book, after I didn't receive a shipping notice, I checked the order status online and it said the order was in Step 4 Packaged for Shipping. Two days later, I get an email saying the book was out of stock and my order was cancelled.

Was very pleased with this transaction. Got a good price for the books I wanted to sell and got a check in the mail within reasonable amount of time.

I initially sent in 1 book as a test and they paid me. It took about two weeks total process time. However my second attempt i sent them 5 books and they only paid me for 1 and kept the others and Held them saying that they were counterfeit, They DID NOT offer me to pay to have them returned like other buyers do. They STOLE my books and i am guessing they will resell them. If My Books weren't up to your standards then they should at least give me an option to have them returned to me. It is your opinion that they are fake. I know i paid real money for them when i purchased them. STAY AWAY Far Away. My suggestion is Buyback express (fastest turnaround time) or Booksrun at least they offer an option to have your books returned back to you if there is an issue.

Textbook rush doesn't rush crap; gives no updates. Even this review page doesn't work correctly.

This is a great way to simplify returning books! They offered me better prices than the school and I didn't have to hassle with individual listings using eBay or something similar.

Best place to sell back, always the best place online to sell books

I purchased a book that was listed as "good" and including the CD that comes with the book. The CD wasn't included and now they claim that "good" meant that the CD "probably" wouldn't be included.
Their so-called customer service department does nothing but repeat that "good" means the CD "probably" won't be included so I should just buy a brand new book instead. Oh! I can return it, but it will cost me shipping and a processing fee.
Looking at other posts, they lie and steal.

This vendor is always wonderful to work with. I've used them multiple times and am always satisfied.

I have sold to TextbookRush three different times already and never had any issues. Easy transactions and quick payments. I will continue to sell my books to them.
