My book was quoted and the quoted price is exactly what I received. Shipping was easy. The only drawback was the very short turn around time. Since I received my quote on a Friday, I was a little concerned about the carrier getting my book to TextbookRush by the quote deadline I was given. It did make it on time and the money for my book was in my PayPal account within three days of them receiving my book.

Selling my textbook to textbook rush was so quick and easy. After putting in the IBSN number of the book I wanted to sell they gave me a quote on the book. Once I clicked that I wanted to sell my book to them they sent me a shipping label and I packed up the book and sent it out to them. They received and processed it within a week and I received my check in the mail a few days after my book was processed. I would highly recommend selling textbooks to them.

My experience was terrible. They closed my account and I keep advising customer service live in a different household but yet you still discontinued my account. Rules are per household. Plus I already sent books to you and I still haven't been paid. So they close your account, keep your books, and not pay you. Customer Service do not listen to your needs, neither concerned about the needs of the customer. They keep sending a scribed answer which is not true. The rep was not willing to hear anything I have to say.

Process is very easy, I only wish that there was an option to scan multiple ibsn #s with phone camera like BooksRun has on their webpage instead of having to manually add each number of the ibsns.
