I recently purchased 4DDiG Partition Manager from Tenorshare and unfortunately, it did not work as advertised. Despite encountering issues, I contacted Tenorshare for a refund within the 14-day window.

However, Tenorshare refused my request and accused me of being uncooperative. They demanded access to files I cannot share because I had to delete the software after finding another solution.

This entire experience has been frustrating. They offered an exchange for other software, which doesn't address my need for a refund since the purchased software malfunctioned.

Here's what went wrong:

Non-functional software: 4DDiG Partition Manager failed to perform its intended task.
Unreasonable Refund Policy: Tenorshare refused a refund despite the software not working.
Accusatory Tone: Their response was accusatory and blamed me for their software's issues.
Unhelpful Customer Service: They offered irrelevant solutions instead of addressing my refund request.
Save your money and avoid Tenorshare! There are other companies offering similar software with better customer service and clearer refund policies.

My phone was blocked and I found this system online to unblock it. Did a mistake and purchased the system for Windows instead of Mac, have requested an exchange straight away (2min after)! The answer was: "please write a review with 5 stars note first, send us a screenshot and then we will do the exchange". I said I won't write a fake review until the service is actually done, but received again the letter asking to write a review first. So here it is.

I am planning to use software from Tenorshare and am looking for its identity. But At least two persons (or legal entities) are required for each transaction or business agreement. The identity of these legal entities must be clearly and verifiably known. If this minimum requirement is not met, there is no need to think further about fraud or scams. Tenorshare conceals its identity. Where in which country and under which registration number is Tenorshare registered. It is dubious to call a company like Tenorshare trustworthy when it does not even meet the minimum requirements mentioned. Everything that has been and will be written about Tenorshare may be pure fantasy as long as these stories cannot be verified.

I will recommend 4uKey Android Windows to anyone trying to unlock a phone. It is so easy to use, any questions are answered promptly by support staff in a timely manner. Tenorshare works for all my Samsung phone issues I totally recommend them with they're various android and iOS troubleshooting programs. Thanks tenorshare! Also, they have very helpful and understanding customer service representatives that are knowledgeable and up to date.

Hi. If you're looking for a Good Software for Lock iPhones, this is the one that will help you get unlocked or forgotten code. They have a great and easy interface with the software and the customer service is very helpful. I give them two thumbs up!

Terrible customer service, I explained that the program doesn't work on my computer on the same day I purchased it and I asked for a refund and so far they haven't done so and they charged me for another month without authorization DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT'S A SCAM I had to change my card and ask for another one.

Don't buy this software. Wasting time and money. Whatever their claims are fake. It won't repair any issue. If you request for refund; then they will start saying its hardware failure and can't refund.

This is very misleading. They offer no real service that iTunes and Apple do not already provide for free. Once you pay they will never refund you. Don't trust them. I did as a last resort and list my money. Their agent Zara is the worst. See your self below.

There are so many scammers out there trying to take your money for a service or product the doesn't exist, it is a peace of mind thing knowing you purchased a real service/products that actually work as advertised! You can't go wrong with these folks, they know what they're doing

Does exactly what it say, first try everytime. Customer service is absolutely amazing and willing to help every step of the way. Highly recommend this product to everyone. Easiest program out there. Very user friendly.

Fast response and provided an ultimate resolution without back-and-forth. The product is one of the better ones I've used throughout the years. He can't get a little confusing though, as they have many similar products that do the same.

There are many other similar tools, but this one is easy to use. Also, if you want to cancel your subscription, the support center will respond quickly, so you can feel safe even if something happens.

Not only does their product work perfectly but I also had an issue with something completely different and they were able to point me in the right direction and get me back up and running again. I can't say enough good things.

Transfer is a useful tool when you decide to switch between technologies like IOS and Android, they really allow you to have many ways to do it. It's a great application that helps doing a very difficult task thru an incredible easy straight forward process.

I bought this company's software to unlock my ten year old son's iPhone and iPad because he forgot the password (or maybe one of his friends blocked it). I tried several different programs, but none of them helped. And then on a technical forum, I was recommended to use 4uKey Tenorshare. It's not cheap, but it really works! And it's very simple, just a few clicks on Next, Next, Next and the smartphone came to life! The guys made a great product! I highly recommend this software in case of problems with your smartphones!

Buyer Beware!
I give them 1 star only because they at least responded to a support request. However, if your product does not work as described, they will not provide a refund as they indicate on the ordering screen. They will instead send you a "response" from "Alice" offering a "wonderful" deal to get 30% back and let you get another software package. In general, be aware of these folks as they are clearly not honest.

This company has great software with effective results and even better customer service! I had an issue with accidentally purchasing the wrong software and they immediately responded and helped me swap out my softwares with zero problem! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their devices!
