They say that if the software doesn't work as intended they will refund you the money within 30-days but that is a lie. They will not refund you a cent. The software does not work, it is misleading in the way it is advertised and you will simply waste your money. Please do not trust them.

I purchased their Mac recovery plan and it did not work as intended. Their 30-day money back guarantee is very vaguely worded so they are able to interpret it as they see fit even though it's obvious that the product did not work as intended. In my case, they don't have any plans at reimbursing me even though I clearly showed that the product did not work.

I've read other reviews saying the exact same thing. I really suggest you look into other reliable services for data recovery.

If you have a problem doing a factory reset and you cannot remember your password this is the tool for you. Turning off find me without remembering your password even if you try to reset your password, which can take up to 4 days, this tools is for you. You can do a total reset allowing you to wipe out all your data and do a full factory reset so you can trade in you iPhone or give it to someone with no tracks back to you. The photo's show no code to enter and a clean start to setup

Purchased the software to try and access my files on my iPhone 11. There was no software. Ultimately I had to restore my phone with iTunes.

This company has not honored its guaranteed refund policy. They prey on individuals that are trying to find a solution. They are frauds.

I have an android mobile phone with all my documents/data/information when it suddenly died with all the life of my personal treasure and collection/contacts. ICareFone Transfer this is a great solution for transferring data from iPhone to Android. It saves a lot of important information: chats, media, documents that otherwise cannot be transferred to a device of another platform if you have Android and iPhone. If you are switching to another system, this is a really cool solution! I recommend everything!

Said was free then after download it charged me $53. I thought no problem they got money back guarantee nope it's only if have technical issue. My technical issue is they charged for what they said was free. TRAP avoid do not download. Because I bought the the Android unlock toolkit and I must have forgotten that I've already put it on more than one of my computer's not realizing that I contacted support and I told him what the situation was and without having me pay more money they took care of the situation for me and allow me to put it on my new computer that saved me a bunch of money that's an awesome team

After reading hours of articles of how to fix my iPhone X that was frozen on the Apple Emblem and trying to repair it for 8 attempts with iTunes, I was in tears and about to go insane! I called Verizon who said I had tried all they could suggest so I'd need to send in my phone for a replacement. I use my iPhone for working at home and wasn't about to mail it with sensitive information stored on it. The representative said all I could do was order a new iPhone. I came across Tenorshare that claimed to be able to fix my phone for a free download. Why not try? I ended up purchasing a very inexpensive download to do a deep reboot and reset. It was so easy to use. The app literally held my hand throughout the whole process. I set my phone back to factory reset (my choice) and downloaded my phone data back from iCloud. I rarely write reviews but just had to share my experience and loudly applaud and compliment this product.

I wasted money buying their service to unlock my phone after I forgot my original Google account, and it DID NOT WORK. When I complained, they offered to stop auto billing and to refund only 30% of the price. These are not honest people--and they sound like they are from India, and their so-called support is only a way of deflecting the police from their door by 'appearing' to respond to customer complaints.

I am going to lodge and official complaint with the police internet fraud squad to track down these thieves.

Very disappointed with this company. They steal my money in a sneaking way. I subscribed last year only for one year. However, without letting me know, they set my subscription to be renewed each year by automation payment. This year, I suddenly found my bank account had been charged automatically for another year subscription which I did not instruct and do at all. I contacted them, and they refused to refund. Their explanation was: my subscription was in automatic renew status, and I did not contact them to cancel in advance. So ridiculous: I did not know they secretly set my subscription in the automatic renew status, how could I have the idea to cancel in advance? In addition, when I subscribed last year, it was very clear to show that the product was only for one-year plan. This company is a cheater and stealer!

Awful customer service... No support whatsoever and it says 30 day money back guarantee but its a complete lie. Had three IPads with forgotten pins an the program said it would allow access to be able to factory reset and it did nothing of the sort... Basic AF program with little to no support, a complete hack job

They add a subtle line under their products during purchase that says "Autorenewal" which is not highlighted. They use that to charge the customers for their product without proper email notification.
Nice way to cheat and make money for dumb products
