Jen@ Swap.com, SHE FORGOT, HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY GAVE MY $$$ TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK IT UP... KEPT MY CLOTHES FOR SALE AND SENT ME LESS THAN 2.00. AND STILL PUT IT IN SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT... LOW DOWN AND DIRTY PEOPLE... YVONNE SUKS THE WORST, BUT JEN IS DELUSIONAL!
I sent in a box of brand new clothes in June 2016 and have only sold 3 items. I have tried several times to get a reply about where the rest of my items are and requested that they be sent back to me. I have never received a reply answering my questions They take your items and then keep them or whatever they do with them and then do not answer your emails or phone calls.
I am so glad I found Swap. Grand kids grow so fast it's silly to buy expensive cloths that they can only wear for a short time.
As for me I like to change out my closet from time to time and have found nice things by shopping Swap. They also give you postage paid on returns. That is a great feature. I like it!

I have made several purchases from them over the course of a year. Very few items I return. Since I know my favorite brand and the size I wear in that brand, buying is easier than going to a retail store. The selections are amazing and quality is fantastic. Obviously, the description tells you the items condition so you can enlarge the photo and judge for yourself. I have sent articles to them that were in great shape only for them to be rejected. Currently, I am unsure if utilizing this option is feasible. If it comes down to it, my clothes could be sold elsewhere or it may be easier just to donate them locally. (It's like beauty is in the eye of the beholder kinda thing.) None the less, my purchases have been magnificent. I believe in their honest integrity to eliminate waste and provide quality clothes at a reasonable price. Check them out so you can make an intelligent decision just as we all do for so many things. Not worth selling anymore. Higher prices than eBay is charging. Ridiculous! They should be ashamed. They are going to loose inventory and eventually greed will only hurt them.
I was searching the web for decent priced maternity clothing and swap.com came up. Id never heard of it, but the clothes were decent priced and 1st order was free shipping so I thought I'd try it out. My first order was 2 pairs of pants and they were actually in better condition than I expected. I placed a second order because I was so please with my first. I'll definitely be ordering more come spring and summer.
Be careful what you buy. I ordered four pair of pants and a skirt. Three pairs of pants and the skirt were sizes that were radically different from the size listed on the website. It would be great if they had better quality control. I brought this up to a customer service rep on chat and after apologizing for the sizes being wrong she ended the chat (the chat equivalent of hanging up on a call). I will say that I've liked the items I got that were sized/labelled/described correctly. The prices are good as is the quality of the items. If they could just fix that sizing hiccup swap.com would be fantastic.
