I was in the olds and location today and got SHAYLA at the till. She is the worst employee I have ever encountered at this Walmart. She talked non stop, took my butter, tossed it in the air and cracked a joke. She commented on every single item I purchased which was 44 items. I apologized to the next couple that were waiting for me being slow and SHAYLA piped up and said that they'd go elsewhere. When they did, she laughed and said to me that she told me so. She also told me she's been there for 5 years and that it was a wonder she hadn't been fired yet. Her and CRYSTAL were PLAYING AROUND PHYSICALLY and SHAYLA said that she hadn't seen her for awhile and that they were visiting. SHAYLA said that when no one was at the till she could sit and on and on and on. F***ing show her the F***ing door! You hired how many people during covid?

Anybody submitting a review on a product just purchased should be able to revisit that review after using the product enough to actually EVALUATE it. I just bought a terrific 32" HDTV ($80), and couldn't be happier RIGHT NOW! But in reading some of the reviews of that model, it seems some customers experienced failure of the TV after a few months. So if I submit a 5 star review today, and the TV set poops out 5 minutes later, I have no means to amend the great review to reflect the product's total failure.

Amazon allows me to see all my reviews and it's easy to up date them anytime.

I haven't been able to contact anybody in Walmart Contact center - this review is the closest I've gotten, but it's likely nobody who cares will ever see this message.

Today I went to Walmart in Garfield NJ, Zip *******–ST*******, to the cosmetics section. I needed to buy foundation, shadows, mascara, among others. To my surprise, some items such as mascara for my eyelashes had a lock, I searched the entire area for an employee, and I didn't find anyone, I walked to the registers where an employee was arranging cookies, I asked her for help and she told me that is not her department, and to keep looking for the person in charge, well, I kept looking and no one was in the cosmetics area. I returned, again to the register area where I found a group of 3 female employees, and they told me that they can't help me either, yes! Again same answer I was told to go to customer service, I went to the customer service to request that someone go to the area, it is worth mentioning that I already had cosmetics in my hands, that to cross to the customer service area I had to pass the cash registers, and there was also a line of people, so I told Araceli, the woman who refused to help me, and she insist that she can't help me, I asked if she can communicate by intercom, or if she can help me, super rude, she raised her shoulders and She said that it is not her job, I had to go to customer service, go back to the cosmetic department, waited several minutes and still no one arrived. I left only with 3 items and I couldn't buy my mascara because was under lock, and because incompetent, employees.

I have been a customer at Walmart for many years, and have never had any problems with any Walmarts like I'm having today Thur. 28th October 2021. My 5 year old grandson and I went to Walmart located in Donna Texas last night to purchase a Halloween costume for him. I also purchased a few other items, but when we got home I noticed that the mucinex that I got for myself was not in the 2 bags I had was not there. I called store several times and no one would answer the phones. I called again today and spoke with a lady explained the situation, and she said she would speak with manager. She finally called back and said the manager had gone over video and had seen me take 2 bags and for that reason they couldn't help me with giving my medicine back. I asked her to please ask manager to go back and review the camera again and check when we were at the register that my grandson was playing with the thing that moves the bags around. Because he did move it, but I didn't realize that the girl bagging items wouldn't have noticed the item left behind when she started bagging groceries for the next customer. I've forgotten items before at another Walmart and they called me back when I called to let them know what I had forgotten. They took my number and called me back to go pick up item that was left behind, but I didn't go because it was a bit away from where I lived. I did let them both know that I had receipts both times. I just think that the manager at Walmart in Donna, is not interested in doing his job or just plain lazy to do the right thing.

Veryyy sneaky seemed legit i got a confirmation number but they werent satisfied w me only payin for shipping for 1 item so they sneakilly charged me for 2 items caused me to over draw my account dont fall for this people like gullible me n now im screwed n nbdy will take responsibilty for this n gota put a frawd alert n close my card thanks $#*!S.

Everyone at your Pharmacy in Council Bluffs Iowa at Manawa location was very helpful and professional from taking are name on a list are appointments were set for next day they were very kind and thoughtful and working as a team couldn't of gotten a better experience anywhere else went to Walgreens web sit was a mess went to CVS website not in our area Hy-Vee website was a mess also. The shot area was cleaned after each person they had chairs space to sit after shot. You should be very proud of your Associates they like their jobs and it shows thank you for offering this to our citizens Cindy Koeppen

I am one of those few people who actually "won" the $1,000 Gift Card - but only if I completed several offers. These offers asked intrusive questions. There was even an offer for "Credit Monitoring" that requires your SS#. I didn't want to complete these actions, so discontinued the process. Since then I'v been plagued with phone calls (mostly from Incomplete Phone #s) & text messages urging me to complete the actions to retain the gift card or offering me this & that discount from Walmart. Entering STOP' doesn't stop the text messages. I'v had to physically Block each & every number I get a message or phone call from. Definitely NOT WORTH IT & I'm about to report this Survey as a SCAM to the FTC & FEC for Harassment!
PLEASE NOTE: This is the "$1,000 Gift Card Survey from the STORE RECEIPT, not one from a stray email or text message. DON'T BOTHER participating in this survey unless you want to be constantly harassed, even before 7 AM - which is illegal! All I want now is my peace back. STOP CONTACTING ME!

I had a blowout on the interstate last week, We had purchased the Hazard insurance so when we needed our tire replaced Johnny took the time to help us and also to examine the other tires, I thought I had only damaged one but he said and also showed where another one had a bubble, we had decided to replace them all, plus while sitting on the side of the road with hazards on for so long my battery died, new battery needed also, we purchased the battery, however, No one (must go to an auto mechanic) will put in battery for newer Ford Escape because it is up under the dash and takes a long time, (horrible design on Fords part) he went over and above and installed battery because they were not back up. I cannot say just how much his kindness and concern shocked me, you do not see this any more, Thank you Johnny in White House Tennessee for your kindness and care did not go unnoticed, I Hope Walmart takes care of auto managers like you, let me go a step further, my husband had bought tires a few years back and would not even go back to that store to get them rotated but it was under a DIFFERENT Auto Parts Manager at that time, Johnny has managed to change his mind, he will go back and we thank him, If I would have gotten back out on the interstate and blew that bad tire that I did not know about things could be a lot different. Thank you Johnny for taking the time to show us you cared and for taking care of my battery also, you went above and beyond the call of duty and that is what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY RARE NOW DAYS! JOHNNY THANK YOU! Walmart please take care of the employees that take care of you.
